Stay away. Went in at 7pm tonight. 40 minutes later finally walked out with my take our order(and I was only 2nd in line). Staff was too busy having fun and goofing off in the back to help the 1 girl trying to run the line in their own. Ordered 2 salad bowls and a kids make your own meal. Salad bowls had a tiny tiny bit of lettuce(because the bin was empty and there was no one around to help fill it). Waited 10 minutes on steak alone. It was cooked, we were simply waiting for the guy in the back to chop it and put it on the line. Again, he was too busy walking away to play so his job went undone. They were out of chips and when we got back to the hotel my daughters tortillas were stale. Stay away, just awful.

Your regular Chipotle joint with a friendly staff and long lines(that go fast, be prepared to order when it’s your turn!). A busy go-to for lunch during the week!

This chipotle has it’s good and bad days. One a good day, the staffs would fill up your bowl/burrito/etc, on a bad day… you’ll barely get enough to fill you up. Sometimes the services are super slow because the staffs would stop what they’re doing and chit chat with each other… like hello?! people have to get their lunch and get back to work… There are times where the staffs can’t hear you no matter how many times you have repeated your order. I have repeated myself three times before to ask for extra lettuce, but NOPE… I didn’t get any. Like I said, on a good day, the staffs would give you two handful/spoonful. It’s never consistent. This is not my favorite chipotle place, but it’ll have to do since it’s the closest one to my work place. FYI, there is ALWAYS a line out the door during lunch peak hours. ALWAYS.

I come to this Chipotle location for weekday lunches since I work nearby. There is ALWAYS a line that extends out the venue and onto the street. Never fear — Chipotle workers are always so efficient that the line moves quickly!

Everyone working at this location is an idiot. They are super damn slow, and never hear you the first or second time you’re placing your order. I asked for guacamole on the side today, and I saw them put it next to my food, then the dumb cashier takes it and gives it to someone else. Every single time I come in to this location, they never get my order right. Stay in school kids. You don’t want to be an idiot working at Chipotle.

Worst Chipotle experience of my life. Guy was either retarded or high out of his mind. He couldn’t even make a burrito, just a sort of shmushed mass that leaked everywhere.

This particular location consistently serves out the lowest portions for bowls that I have seen at any other Chipotle. This location is right next to where I work, but I walk to the 52nd street location now because of this if I want Chipotle.

They are out of chicken and steak… so essentially you can only choose from either beef or tofu… and to be worse, they are out of taco when I finish lunch. What happened?! Probably they should learn a lesson of risk diversification.

The only thing that bugs me about this place is that they are not consistent with their portion size. Sometimes you luck up and get a server that really packs it on heavy. Then other times you get the servers that are so stingy and skimp on the toppings. Then they have the nerve to charge you extra if you ask for more of something that they should have given you in the first place.

The best fast mexician food every… guaranteed fresh most days since line is always out the door #signofgreatturnover at the right prices. Décor for all locations are the same no matter what gives comfort. #comfortfood at its best!

Possibly the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to with the stupidest and slowest staff. NEVER again.

If I could give this location one star, I would. Literally, THEWORST Chipotle I have ever been to… hands down. Food was fine… but not if I have to wait in line for 30 minutes in order to get it. This is by far the slowest Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff just seems to be happy giggling and non-chalantly moving at a speed slower than molasses — in the middle of lunch rush hour in NYC! I would rather never eat Chipotle ever again(and I eat it probably 3 times a week on average) then to ever again go to this one.

Usually go here on the weekends or later in the day to avoid the lunchtime rush. Love their food, only thing problem is that sometimes they run out of the green sauce lol.

This location is awful. I understand that it is always busy but that’s every day… They should be used to it by now. I ordered a stake/chicken burrito and they gave me a burrito bowl… I was too far away to go back and complain. I order through their app all the time and each time they have me waiting for my order for over five minutes… During slow hour. Might as well just walk in and order in person.

I went around 6:10 p.m. There wasn’t a long line. Very clean and very speedy service. Food was delicious and a bit pricey compared to LA I believe. Overall, it was a good experience.

Chipotle! Mass burrito feeding assembly line of efficiency! And yay for sustainably resourced ingredients, no hormones, etc etc — information is on the website, where you can conveniently order your Americanized super size goliath burrito and then pick up so you don’t have to wait on the monstrous line that inevitably forms during Midtown lunch crush where some hangry* man standing outside the door in the 36 degree weather snidely quips at you to get to the back of the line. No. No hangry man. Because I’m literally 30 steps in front of you. Boo-yah. The entrance to this particular location is on 50th Street — NOT Park. Its the Northwest corner. The space is tight, with seating for less than 40 people and a line literally out the door on to the sidewalk, even in March. The line moves fast, but you gotta be a particular kind of desperate to wait outside for«fast food» when its freezing out. At 1 pm, there were maybe two seats open, assuming you’d like to share a table with the lonely Midtown drones sadly checking their emails over their barbacoa tacos. The line would have probably taken you 15 minutes of waiting, based on the location of hangry man to when I walked out. Like almost every Chipotle, décor is Mass Produced Mayan Moderne. There are stairs — so this location may not be ADA friendly. Staff moves as fast as they can. And the place is decently clean at the beginning of lunch crush with easy access to restrooms. Prices are normal. The woman handling the online orders was sweet, taking a bit of extra time to find me the juice I wanted, even though it wasn’t in the front case. Will I go as far as Maryam H to say its the best Chipotle in the city? Nah. I did get an over flowing burrito bowl(when you order online, some places tend to shaft you because you don’t watch them make it) so that is a great plus. But the layout is awkward(think of poor hangry man standing outside because the line couldnt fit inside!) so thats going to even out to a 3 star, a okay. *Hangry: The irrational emotional state of being angry, frustrated, and grumpy due to extreme hunger. Cookie Monster meets Oscar the Grouch. Usually results in regrettable decision making or volatile confrontations. tl;dr version — Order online. Don’t be a jerk. Tasty burritos.

Just a quick tip, the location’s entrance is facing 50th Street, so don’t be stuck walking around in the rain trying to figure out how to get in from Park Ave.

Odd service attitude. I came during the lunch hour, and understandably it was busy. Still, it seems these are the times Chipotle should shine because they deal with this kind of traffic five days a week. However, I specifically asked for no tomatoes in my bowl, yet the staff threw a large spoonful of tomatoes on there, at which point I asked again not to have tomatoes. She looked at me and said with a rather stern attitude, «You don’t like tomatoes? What’s the matter with you?» In a different time and place I might have thought it was funny. It wasn’t that funny in the middle of a busy work day. I walked away with a barely filled bowl, disgruntled about the loads of tomatoes I have and not much else.

Long lines during lunch hour on weekdays but then again, where isn’t there long lines during lunch hour in Midtown? One great thing about Chipotle is that the consistency is the same throughout their chain. Staff is friendly enough and whenever I ask for extra rice, they always comply. No complaints from me!

This is THEBESTCHIPOTLEINTHECITY. Yes I went there. Yes there is a line outside of the door during lunch hour on weekdays. BUT it goes incredibly quickly and the staff often come around and take orders through the line. Why is it so great? Well you already know what is offered, how it tastes, but how often do you get a smile, and greeting at an incredibly busy Manhattan chain restaurant? Probably not every time you go. This Chipotle has some of the most friendly and up beat staff I have encountered. NO, Thank you!
