I had a fantastic experience here. I was in one of those moods where I NEEDED Chipotle and the staff patiently helped me find the location when I called. When I got in, the restaurant was super clean/calm, the staff was very friendly, and my portions were quite large(especially the guac, which I feel like Chipotles often try to skimp on). The price was pretty decent — $ 11.50 for a chicken bowl plus guac; while definitely higher than what I’m used to, I wasn’t overcharged as much as I thought I’d be. I’m sure there are cooler NYC local spots, but if you have a need for Chipotle, this is worth the stop!

Staff is generally friendly here. Food is cold, but might be because I come here past 7 most of the time. I just come here for convenience though, the food I get from other chains have consistently tasted better. Unfortunately they got rid of the lemons ever since their company wide meeting. Was it to cut costs?

Typical chipotle food. Facility is a little smaller than some locations but very clean and it wasn’t busy in the mid afternoon after lunch hours. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Shout it specifically to the chipotle staff who found a piece of wrapper plastic in my order and made it right and apologized immediately. While this chipotle is off and on with staff, Some are exceptional in attention to detail and friendliness which more than cancel out those others that really don’t want to be there and are particularly unpleasant. the food makes for a good lunch which is what you would expect from chipotle. Line could be a little faster they seem to run out of things fairly often which is also weird as may be related to aforementioned unmotivated portion of the staff

small portions is all i can say Came here because it was the closest to my place and it was cold. The place was about to closed for the night and you would think they would just want to rid their stuff for the night and they would just give me some extra but no(which is fine, i wasn’t starving but it would have been nice!) but the person who put my order together barely gave me a full scoop of the chicken. The veggies… they were scarce about that too! I had to ask for a bit more of the corn! I rather walk a few more blocks to get my money worth… and i visited right in the scandal of their e. coli situation… sigh

I wish I could rate it worse than this. I ordered my food online and went to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready. They made it when I was there. I brought my dog in a carrier, because I didn’t plan on being there long. However, as they were making my food they almost kicked me out because of my dog. I ordered my food for the purpose for the easy grab and go. When I got home I was very excited to eat because it was my first meal of a very hard day. While enjoying this food, I come across what has to be the longest hair I have ever seen in my life. I am just so sad I just wanted to enjoy my food in peace. Now i don’t know what to do… Do I throw out this Gorgeous $ 9 meal or eat it. Chipotle I hate you for putting me in this predicament.

I live near by and was excited to know that Chipotle opened in my neighborhood, but I’ve been reluctant to swing by as it always seems empty(not a good sign for any food place). I finally went to check it out and now why know it is always empty. This place is mismanaged and a disaster operationally compared to all other Chipotles in the city. The employees here are more interested in standing around, chatting and goofing around among themselves. Service is not particularly friendly and the portions are smaller than other branches. Be prepared to repeat your order twice, and get an angry look from them when you’re confused why you are repeating what you just said a minute ago.

Go to El Vez Burrito on Vesey Street instead where they smile and serve huge portions!!! Plus El Vez has delicious flavors. Hey, Chipotle«Adiós»

I normally love Chipotle but this location has incredibly poor service and preparation relative to other Chipotle locations. First, it is never open on time. I like an early lunch and I have had to either wait until 11:30 or 11:45 for this location to open at least a half dozen times. Second, there is no attempt to provide good customer service, the employees move extremely slow and do not seem to ever converse more than the absolute minimum. It may be the slowest location in the city but the one thing the get right is the taste is at least consistent with what one would expect from a Chipotle.

The portions are ridiculously small here !! This is the only Chipotle I have eaten from that’s been this stingy.

This is the slowest chipotle I have ever been too. They also serve the smallest portions. I have had to ask for more every time I have gone in. The only positive I see, is that Dos Toros is very close by. I know this is a new location but they need to step it up with the training.

Very friendly staff, but I wish they would stop letting rambunctious teeniebopers loiter and steal soda when those of us who paid for our food can’t have a peaceful meal.

Great salad that never fails to be tasty. I got the chicken and it was good. The staff here was friendly but slow even though it was empty because I went late in the day after the lunch rush. This place does get a very long line during lunch time so watch out.

3 stars. Because it still has the great taste of chiptole, it just doesn’t have the service of other chiptoles. I really hope someone from this particular organization reads these reviews. I’m not certain any of the employees here have actually had chiptole before, because if they did, they sure don’t mimic how other branches make a burrito bowl. An employee really put a PINCH of cheese in my burrito bowl, a PINCH!!! What am I going to do with a pinch? They need to learn to be more generous with the toppings. Guac is an extra $ 2.50– don’t just put a tea spoon of Guac.

The burrito was wet but filling. I ordered chips at 8PM on a Sunday and they were out. There are only so many things on the menu. It is like being out of tortillas or forks. Bizarre. South west has better guaq.

This place needs to get its act together. Food is cold, people just standing around, no one knows what they are doing, and people need to learn how to roll up a burrito. They ran out of the majority of the toppings by 2pm. Chipotle is so much better than Dos Torros and this location is going to lose customers to them because they do not know what they are doing. Step up your game.
