Just had a 3pm lunch there. Next to the entrance were two homeless couple with their cats, which stink. When I went inside, there was a short line. The service was fast as you choose the toppings presented before you. I choose brown rice, black beans, mild sauce, steak, and lettuce. The place was packed when I wanted to sit.

Now I love Chipotle, when indecisive about what to eat they never fail. However today they failed me. Usually when ordering a bowl the associates can barely get it to cover because it’s jam packed with all the deliciousness, but today was the worse experience I’ve ever had. When I uncovered my bowl to add in a little extra hot sauce before I left I could literally see the bottom end of the bowl on both sides looking like the left overs I usually save for later when hunger strikes again due to the fact that it’s just so much food. I could count on my hand how many kernels of corn there were in the bowl! Yes, I had everything in my bowl even added guacamole for an extra $ 2.30. I’m not sure if this location is used to the cooperate formal types who could care less to consume more than 100cal per meal but I’m a gym rat who needs every ounce of protein I can get! I work 2 blocks away and will be testing out some of the other locations just to see if this is consistent throughout the area.

When I came to get early lunch at 11:30am, the Chipotle grill was still closed, a young gentleman came out, saying they would be opening later today. I came back one hour later, waited in a long line, got my bowl, was about to pay and to my surprise they told me it was free, it was«on them.» I was like… wow. is everybody getting it? What happened? What did I do to deserve free lunch? Then the gentleman, a GM, whose name is Christian came in and said«you were here early today, so we appreciate that, this lunch is on us.» What a treat! Great memory. Great customer service. Very impressed. Thank you very much!

I went there during peak hours, I ordered a burrito, I legit had one third of a burrito, they don’t give you anything if the restaurant is full, don’t even bother yourself going there otherwise you’ll have to do the line twice and spend twice as much, just go to Essen instead!

Got sick here. Not E-Coli but cold bug. Should’ve realized if you step into Chipotle there’s a good chance you’ll catch something. Chipotle is over. C.H.I.P.O.T.L.E. — take away the T(ake), C(are), H(andling) and P(rovisions) and you have E-COLI

So my Tuesday started off kind of crappy already. Then it turned around for the absolute worst. So I go in getting my bowl, you know, ordinary day. I eat it and immediately 10 minutes later, I feel weak and feel nauseous and I have the chills and my mood just spirals. I’m thinking maybe it’s the weather change but NOOOOO my stomach just couldn’t deal with it anymore. After what I felt like, to top it off I think I threw up so much that half an organ came out. No alcohol in the world has made me throw up this much. And guess what? Afterwards, I felt almost better already. It was the darn chipotle. I feel betrayed as a loyal customer to Chipotle. I thought the ECOLI break thru or whatever was going on was over. BUTNOPEEEEE. THEYWERREJUSTKIDDING. I wish I can give 0 stars. I asked for extra guac not for a preview of EColi. I’d post a picture but I don’t want to kill anyone’s day the way mine was murdered.

The workers are not one bit amused, a smile would be nice. They’re also not very generous with their portions either. Ask for extra, they won’t charge you.

Not the best chipotle I’ve been too. It’s decently clean and not very appealing. The employee was too busy ringing up another employee while a line was forming. I thought it was rude as they could have waited until customers were done paying for food first. Other than that, it’s a chipotle and the food about the same everywhere.

What’s not to love about chipotle! This location always serves the best, freshest food and for a prime location the lines are never that bad! The burritos are ginormous and delicious!

5 stars at Chipotle?! Food was as Chipotle as ever, but 5 stars to the manager Juan. Had a misunderstanding with one of the cashiers and it was resolved graciously and helpfully by Juan. YOU sir just saved this Chipoltaway from a 1 star review.

This is probably one of the grossest chipotle locations I’ve been to. I go because of convenience and how close it is to school for me but the service is horrible, the food looks like it’s been sitting out for hours, and the staff is just rude. Every single person there moves super slow and get visibly annoyed if you ask for a topic that needs to be replaced. Save your money and go to pret or some of the cheaper cafes around it.

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in a while and there weren’t too many options really for something quick. It was about to close anyway so it’s was pretty empty. Portions are definitely skimpier than before. I don’t think it tasted as good as other locations either, but it was the end of the night though it really shouldn’t affect the quality or taste no matter what time. Chipotle has a ton of customers. The rice was really bland and soggy. I’ve never had soggy rice before in my life, and I’ve eaten a ton. The whole thing was a bit bland also, I should’ve gotten it spicy at least that would’ve helped. Service was fine, major issue is with the food.

Shout out to Juan, manager of Chipotle, for providing me with excellent customer service! It’s good to know that customers are still a priority.

I like Chipotle as my last choice when i am running out of idea on what to eat for lunch /dinner because hey it is still better than mcdonald’s lol. but seriously, this Chipotle branch is not the best. jam packed during lunch and has quite of an issue with cleanliness too. often i get burned chicken and funny tasting guacamole. and couple of times i actually had an upset stomach hours after i got my meal here. either they just downgrade their hygiene standard or what, it seems i always get it from this location. and portion is unbalanced — once i ordered sofritas i got just a mere of one full scoop. and the fajitas were burned too sometimes. oh well.

I was curious about the taste of Chipotle. Never had Mexican burritos in New York, being Mexican. I didn’t like them. It’s healthier than Mcdonalds(anything’s healthier than Mcdonalds). The place isn’t comfortable, it is very tight, but it was clean and now I know what Chipotle tastes like.

I believe this was the first time eating at this location and it certainly will be my last. I came here last night to use my BOGO coupon that I got for completing the online survey. I didn’t mind too much that the scoops were incredibly small but the chicken was scorched and the bottom of my bowl was a little watery. The lettuce had this strange taste to it so I knew it wasn’t fresh even though one of the staff brought out a new tray of it. It was pretty disappointing that I left feeling hungry still. But prior to eating my post workout meal, I noticed a homeless person digging through the trash for some scraps so I gave him my 2nd bowl that I had initially planned to save for lunch. Now I feel a little bad because I ended up getting diarrhea on my way home and he probably got one too… I probably won’t be having chipotle for a while, at least not at that location. They got some serious case of cross contamination.

One star for the fact that the food tasted fine. Otherwise, the place was a complete pigsty. Trash all over the floor and food all over the tables! So gross. I uploaded a picture of just how bad it was.

Started eating at this Denver, Colorado based International chain down in Texas thinking it was a Southern thing. Cute name, a smoke dried jalapeño which to me tastes like a cigar. This location was entertaining because of the fast pace where you have little time to even tell the New Yorkers behind the table what you want. It seemed better to just point and grunt like a barbarian. Some may say that it’s better as down in Texas these chains have a slower pace — and the workers have way different accents -. At times it’s difficult to tell is someone is drunk, mildly intoxicated, retarded or just Texan. Here I felt like the yankee staff was looking at me and thinking«You want a burrito? Yeah I’ve got a burrito for you you son of a bitch, now just tell me what you want on it and get outta here!» I loved my visit.

Eater Beware, you might get food poisoning. Location deemed unsanitary and plain just nasty. Location is very busy, mix of officers workers and tourists. Lines can be long during peak times. Location is pretty small and tight. Expect to wait at least twenty minutes until you get a chance to order. Condiments bar was disorganized and unclean. Staff is very nice and professional, but food tasted very bland for some reason. Been to many other locations and others have tasted fresher. When I eating, the men’s bathroom flooded. $H!TTY toilet water was gushing out and underneath the door. The pool then spread across the floor and next to the soda machine. I have witnessed numerous customers reporting the incident to the workers, but they didn’t seem to give a CRAP(literally) about the situation and continued to take orders from customers. It probably took them a good 15 minutes before someone came out to check on the toilet pool. When a worker did come out to clean it, all he did was take a squeegee and pushed the water UNDERTHESODAMACHINE. There’s a hole in the ground, but it’s the same hole that is shared by the soda machine tubes. The same tubes that bring up the soda and syrup for mixing and thus… that is what you drink. I’m not sure where the toilet water went when it went down into the hole, but I sure as hell hope that it didn’t mix with the soda people drink. I did not notice a NYC Health Code, but I would grade this place an automatic F.
