THEBESTEXPERIENCEEVER ! I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile, the workers strive to make you feel like at home.

Yuck! I & my wifey went to the chipotle on Feb 6 and had our worst chipotle experience. The burrito I got was probably kiddy size while the chips was just crumbs covered in salt

For 6 years we have been ordering from Chipotle and for some reason they started charging us for a few extra cheese and hot sauce containers. This may sound stupid but really can they not afford to give us some extra sides for our continued business.

I LOVE Chipotle. The floor is two stars. But this location in particular is awful. Slow, bad service, taking extra time to make sure they didn’t accidentally give you too much meat. I could count the number of slivers of cheese on my burrito tonight. It’s always a mess and they really seem to hate the nerve of some customers for trying to get a burrito. I can’t believe I’m saying it but Tres Carnes on the same block is much better. Get it together Chipotle!

This place is scary. The place is disgusting, no tables were wiped down and almost all were unoccupied. One person was making burritos while everyone else stood around giving out menacing glances like laser beams into your soul. No one seemed interested in the job they were hired for. Any request to staff had to be repeated multiple times for any level of comprehension. Saw the cashier take trash to the curb and return to the register without washing their hands only to handle a customers credit card. Someone should report this particular location to the city health inspector for its many offenses. Luckily there are enough NYC locations to avoid this one forever.

Chipotle’s standards in food and service have severely gone down. Maybe training is being done wrong, but I have never been in a situation where they are out of a protein because it has not been cut or cooked yet. Sadly it isn’t only this location. The employees are not friendly and do not smile. They do not pay attention and I always have to repeat myself at least three times. Instead, they are busy chatting with their co-workers. I also saw an employee cutting up steak and popping pieces into his mouth as he was preparing the steak. I understand if you are hungry, but this is a sanitation issue. The first part of my review is the SAME as my review at their 27th Street location. This is just proves the lack of quality at Chipotle.

I love Chipotle but this location lacks a warm and welcoming crew. I would avoid the place altogether unless you want to be disappointed in the brand.

I’d really love to know who the manager of this store is because this location should be closed down. The lines are always long and not because its chipotle and everyone wants some but because the employee act like their in kindergarten dont pay attention, dancing, eating lollipops, not folding the burrito correctly. Like i dont even wanna eat from here because the lack of paying attention must also be towards the food. I wish i could give it like a negative 2 lol.

Delish food if only one can get it. Location is supposed to open at 11am. Try door at 11:15. Locked. Employees standing around joking with each other. Knock on window, they look then I get ignored. Since they do not want your patronage don’t go there.

Whenever the regular Chipotle location I would go to for lunch would be pack and busy I would come over to this location haha. It is just like any other Chipotle but that’s how I like it.

The only reason I give this place one star is because it’s the closest Chipotle near me and I love their salads. Unfortunately, the staff here is so rude and never items when you are making your salad. The place is always dirty and tables are never cleaned. I always have to take my food to go. This location is also running out of everything. If it’s not the brown rice it’s the lettuce or chicken. It’s in an extremely busy location so they should anticipate food portions. If you are willing to walk there’s a location down by 14th and one on 9th avenue with Becker employees and they never run out of food.

Usually chipotle has good standards but not here. I came in on the last hour to close. The food that was out looked gross, they were out of chicken and corn and said I would have to wait for the cooked vegetables, after still agreeing to eat here after what they had to offer I was sadly disappointed again by the tiny portions they were serving. I even asked the lady if that was all the guacamole I was getting since it was tiny! Which is something that I don’t bother with normally.

I love Chipotle, but the experience here ruined it. I’ve never had problems at this location until this one time when I went to redeem my free burrito bowl. I made the mistake of ordering extra meat which was not covered. The manager frowned at me and acted in the most unenthused manner. I watched in horror as he proceeds to discard the entire burrito bowl that was not at all contaminated at all. What a waste! Not only that, he starts a new bowl for me with the smallest scoops of ingredients possible. The BOGO promotion is supposed to be a win win situation for both sides — but this horrible experience left me with a sick feeling in the stomach and a lost appetite. I’m definitely not coming back to this location again because I want to throw up being reminded of that awful day. =***(

As the duchess of this chipotle I feel it is my duty to finally write a review! First and foremost, Chipotle is Chipotle. If you’ve been to one anywhere you know what to expect in terms of food. What sets this Chipotle apart is their swiftness during busy hours(12:30−1:30pm) and responsiveness to customer feedback. If you go and there is a long line don’t fret! I’ve been through a line to the door in 10 minutes. If you see something suspicious like dust on the overhead menu as I did months ago, they actually respond and take care of the issue! Pretty great in my book, that’s why this Chipotle remains a mainstay in my arsenal. Order ahead if you don’t want to deal with lines. The staff will follow up after to see how your meal is — great customer service right?! Thanks to this Chipotle for being reliably fast and delicious!

I’m a Chipotle fan in general but I have to say that this particular location was really bad when I went. I visited at about 2:30 pm on a Saturday. It wasn’t particularly busy. When I get up to the counter to order they are out of black beans and tell me that it will be a wait. I didn’t have time to wait so I order the pinto beans which they were scrapping the bottom of the container to have enough. The girl in front of me ordered fajitas which at that point consisted of a few sparse peppers and strings of onions. The guy scraped what remained in that container onto her bowl and looked at her like it was an adequate amount for the upcharge. Her friend wanted fajitas too, so they ended up having to step aside and wait for what they were told would be about«5 minutes». My bowl is ready to be paid for and I’m standing with my credit card out for a good solid 1 minute watching the cashier try and wipe down trays making me wait to pay. I was kind of annoyed he was making me stand there and wait for him to finish cleaning, but I also feel bad that he is the only person trying to do all the cleaning as well. I go to sit down and the majority of the tables are filthy with various pieces of trash scattered on the floor. There were a bunch of workers in the back and to me it seems like there was more than enough personnel to keep things well supplied, stocked and clean, but it just wasn’t happening. It took me about 10 minutes to devour my chicken bowl and I noticed that those girls that that had been in front of me were still waiting for their fajita veggies obviously pissed off at this point. Something needs to change at this Chipotle as it seems to not be running very well. Summary: Standard Chipolte food although they may be scrapping the bottom of the bin to fill your bowl. Poorly managed with employees standing around in a filthy restaurant.

I love chipotle, but the service at this particular one is spotty at best. Sometimes it’s smooth sailing, othertimes it’s a ridiculously long wait because they ran out of this or that. Sometimes the staff play around too much with each other and the customers are like an afterthought. Might be best to try the one on 14th st. Instead, or tres carnes on 22nd and 6th.

A good little chipotle this one. Good vibes and easy access to the train. Service always on point. I had double chicken — no rice, no beans — and guac with some tomato and Chipotle Tabasco. Good place for a fussy eater. Appreciate the frosh lemons.

Great location, fast service and relatively healthy solution for on the go lunch. Same food as I would expect from any other Chipotle location!

I’m in luv again with Chipotle. I love burrito bowls with chicken or carnitas. I love it more when servers aren’t chintzy when building my bowl. For real, sometimes they get so chintzy cuz they see my small stature. That isn’t fair to me as a paying customer. At times, I asked for more but they’d scoop a few more pieces of whatever I ask for. This time, I didn’t complain. When I sat down with my bowl, it looked half-full and sad. No bueno.
