This place is horrible! I’ve eaten here a couple times over the past year. Sadly its the only thing open late other than the bodega next store(also sketchy). A lot of the food here comes straight from the freezer. The place is dirty, grimy. One day I saw them pressure washing the floor Avoid this place Tip: $ 10 credit card minimum

So so terrible don’t waste your money. Only Chinese place open late. It was all basically inedible. The dumplings were cold and frozen the satay chicken was pink and cold. Will be very surprised if I’m not I’ll tomorrow. Wish us luck

These guys suck. They are open late, and that is good if you are hungry at midnight. However, don’t expect your delivery any time soon. And by soon, I mean probably never. I called the restaurant to ask where the food was. The manager was totally rude, said«We are busy», told me the food was on the way. Lies. The food finally arrived, an hour and a half later. I wish that it never had, because it is the most disgusting chinese food I have ever encountered. Just really bad food. Stale rice, food loaded with MSG, gross. I ordered the roast pork fried rice, Mapo tofu, and chicken wings. See the photo of the rice. The Mapo just got tossed out after one bite — nasty. I haven’t tried the wings, I am afraid to eat them. Still trying to get a refund. For the love of God, don’t order from here. You will be sad.

I Just called them to place an order for delivery because they were supposed to be open until 2am and the man who answered said no delivery and just hung up on me which was extremely rude and disrespectful

I live near these guys, and as they’re opened late, are my usual go-to. The store is now managed by the young mother and her husband(first ordered from the senior matriarch a couple years back). The food is always consistent and they accommodate to you. The food is takeout– that is not remotely gourmet so I’m in stitches over all these people crying over it. Haha. Any inconsistencies might be due to language barriers; never malicious intent, just an occasional f*ckup. It’s cool. These guys work hard and mean well, so big ups.

Been ordering from Chen Wong for about a year — they are my go to Chinese place. My order was always delivered hot, fast, and accurate. And they’re ALWAYS busy — every time I walk by, there are people waiting for their pick up or they are hurrying along fixing a delivery order. This place is as good as it gets around here!

I have ordered from this restaurant for YEARS. However to say that the customer service has declined to NOTHING would be the understatement of the year. They charge what they want, decide when and who to charge tax on the food etc. You call in a phone order they want you to pay seamless prices. On Seamless the price is $ 2 more a plate and then tax is charged. This is not how a business is run but worse still when you speak up they hang up the phone on you repeatedly, tell you that they dont have food for you if you dont pay what they unjustly charge etc. THISPLACEIS A RIPOFFANDHONESTLYTHEFOODHASNTBEENRIGHTSINCE2007. Ordered through seamless and the worst Chinese food ever. I ordered general tso chicken, mooshu chicken, beef and broccoli, and all three kinds of soups. Not a single thing tasted ok. Everything was terrible. Especially mooshu chicken tasted fishy(and they didnt even include the sauce) and sweet and sour looked and tasted nothing like regular sweet and sour at all. So many options out there people. Never order from this place

Wish I could give this place negative stars. Worse Chinese food I have ever had! And I think it’s ironic since this is located near china town. It was so gross and undercooked, we had to walk back and just get a refund. Save your money & go elsewhere!

The idea that I could get t a fried pork chop sandwich —delivered —-brought me to Chen Wrong. Then it changed: I found tattered napkin snot rags in my delivery bag, that fucking face homeboy puts on when you tip him 30%, the staple inside my egg roll… I’ll stop now.

Shrimp broccoli was very good. The small portion is not much for a meal, but good price. Vegetable dumplings were not very good on the other hand.

Everything I’ve tried there is good to very good. You can tell each dish is made with care. Even the side order of Chicken Rice soup, flavorful, not too salty, and half packed with large tender strips of chicken. The fried rice in a combo platter was more like the good fresh fried rice you get at a hibachi grill. Dumplings might be homemade, like tender shredded pork, a little scallion and a hint of ginger and sweetness — tasted like it was just made from scratch. And this was delivery at 1 in the morning!!!

It looks like the typical well-worn, cheap Chinese takeout place found in every corner of the 5 boroughs. But I had higher hopes since it’s arguably in or at least adjacent to Chinatown, so perhaps it would be better. It wasn’t. It wasn’t bad — just blah. I got a bunch of take out and while it was all seemingly fresh and bountiful, it was nothing more than boring and bland. It might be an o.k. place in Yuma, but not worth a stop when you’re a 5 minute walk from one of the largest Chinatowns in the western world.
