I don’t often write reviews but this place needs to be talked about. I stumbled upon it while waiting at the Allen Hospital/​NY Presbyterian and needing a bite to eat. The food is SO DELICIOUS and they are ridiculously quick. A perfect meal. Highly suggest the rice, beans and sweet plantains. The beef stew was very good too.

This place is closed pending sale. I’m giving it 3 stars on service, the service here was impeccable, I rank it top ten but after eating there 4 times under the recent management, I never returned, their was something wrong with the flavor twice for lunch, and once for bfast and the fourth time the tostones were drenched in oil, I wanted badly to like them but service alone didn’t do it. Sorry guys

Small and cozy…
Stopped in with my family and was extremely pleased with the food and service.
They were extremely accommodating and the food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely come back at a later time for good home cooking.

What a nice surprise! My husband has been going here for a while for lunch breaks at work and always said how much he enjoys it. Tonight we finally went here for a family dinner and boy was it great! Friendly service, child friendly, and hot, fresh delicious food. It’s a shame there were only 2 other tables full in there. I hope they stick around. We had the beef stew and roasted chicken. YUM! It’s so close to Park Terrace– a great option for a quick meal close to home!

The food is delicious and the service is great. It has a nice Spanish home feel. The Churrasco is to die for! The pork chops are tender and succulent.
I recommend it to anyone looking for an ideal Latin cuisine experience.
