The food is absolutely delicious: cheesy mac n cheese, fresh fried chicken and whiting, and amazing cabbage. I hate that this place does not deliver, but they are well worth the walk to pick up the food. It is truly a Harlem gem, and I always love catching up and talking shit with whomever is working. Tourist/​gentrifiers stay away.

Eaten here a few times before but preferred the Bronx location to this one. I am trying their white meat fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn on the cob for the first time. I used to always get either their ribs or wingets.
The one thing Ill say about my meal today is that I was disappointed to find out they served instant potatoes. Ive never liked them and never will. If anyone reading decides to eat here, Id just say stay away from the mashed unless you dont mind them coming from a box.
The fried chicken and corn were just fine. I shouldve stuck with my usual mac and greens
