Carol O’Neil & Associates (COA) are a completely professional recruitment firm with a very likeable staff… something I could tell from the first phone call. They really do take the time out to get to know you, in one on one interviews, and really make an effort to match you with a job that fits with your career goals/​schedule/​lifestyle. It took a little bit of time (considering the job market these days, that’s to be expected), but the wait was totally worth it! I felt like my future employer had been looking for me all along! What a great way to start a job! Along the way they answered some of the questions I had and helped me prepare for my interviews. Thank you Carol, Tish and everyone at the office!

What kind of recruiter does one tell a candidate to relay that you left a company because you got tired of the position in wanting a change? This is such a bad answer at an interview question.
