Smooth sailing. On time arrival. No rush no fuss. Cold bottled water, a few mentos at hand. The only thing that could make this better is a mini microwave for my egg mc muffin. Seriously, the courteous professional service is certainly refreshing. I’ll call again for sure.

This review is a little late. Last month, I planned a private event at a very nice restaurant in New York City. On the morning of our event, we heard that some uninvited guests may make appearances. We were going to have a full house and wanted to be sure the lovely evening we had planned was not overshadowed. Since I was visiting NYC, I looked up security services on Unilocal,but not many options came up. Luckily Carlo Security did. I called and left a message, and received a call back shortly after. I told them the situation and they gave me the pricing, which I thought was very reasonable. Al B., a retired NYC police officer was assigned to our event. He arrived up on time, well dressed, and was a kind man. When I say kind, make no mistake about it. His presence was very apparent, but he did not make any invited guests feel uncomfortable. We did have a couple minor instances, but he handled them calmly and quickly. True professional. As an event planner, it’s enough stress worrying about the event itself, so to have him on hand to handle any possible issues was a huge relief. He is worth his weight in gold!

Everything was perfect! From the clean car to the pleasant driver. Angel heard that I had a problem and needed to pick up equipment on the other side of town. He offered to get me there. get me back and still get me to my plane on time. Great guy, great company and great service!
