I really can’t think of anything that deters me from giving it 5-​star. Every time I went the shop was clean and organized. Merchandises were stocked neatly and basically had everything I need for my basic life. It is a small shop with narrow aisles, so sometimes it does feel making a small move would cause the whole stock collapse. Air conditioning is strong so I always find myself there. There are plastic bottle collection points right outside the shop so if you are «environmentally-​conscious» (whatever that means) or just want to make a few dollars (this I know, $$$), they are there.

nice store since they’ve renovated. usually get good prices if you check the circular and know what to look for. otherwise it’s your regular downtown chain supermarket. bagels/​rolls are always fresh and the cashier’s service is usually fast.

Supermarket is good, but the deli counter service is slow. The people should just move a little faster without stopping to have a conversation. They can talk while they work too, that would still be faster.

I used to never come here and would rather walk all the way to Pathmark or Whole Foods. But things have changed. THEY’VE RENOVATED! It looks much better now, and perhaps it’s newer but the items themselves even look better and better priced. I can’t believe that with 3 pies and 2 boxes of brownies, I spent less than $ 12. At another supermarket 3 pies can easily cost $ 15.
Service isn’t the greatest as the workers always seem down but it’s a supermarket — you get what you need and you go.

I dunno why people are so down on this place. Granted, I haven’t really explored any other supermarkets in the area, but for the most part it’s really handy. Whatever you’re giving up in size of store is made up for convenience.
Get your produce at the markets in chinatown for sure, but if you want some regular supermarket food, this is where you come get it. It has that neighborhood liquor store vibe, but they really have quite an impressive selection. In a place like that I would have automatically assumed they had no health foods or lacking a lot of the normal brands I buy – but lo and behold, plenty of greek yogurt, vegetarian frozen patties, even amy’s organic burritos! like, cmon! that stuff is hard enough to find at a regular supermarket! They really fit a lot into that little place.
The deli that always has a line at lunch time for their sandwiches so avoid shopping around then.

It’s a decent budget supermarket. A decent place for some mass-​produced packaged goods (If you need tabasco flavored cheezeits and budweiser, it’s perfect). A little run down and, as other reviewers mentioned, doesn’t give that hospital clean feeling that other supermarkets give. It seems tiny but has most of what you could need.
It’s the kind of supermarket that sells salted pig feet and salted pork fat.
Overall: not bad, but not great.

I don’t like the place much. It doesn’t give me that clean sqeak, strongly air-​conditioned room feel that other supermarkets give me. But you’ll find anything you need in there. It is truely a supermarket though it looks a bit small. And there are are awesome weekly discounts that are totally worth it.

C Town’s has great discounts. It’s a bit small for a supermarket– definitely not Path Mark sized, but you can always find great deals here. I used to buy croissants here all the time– I think they were 2 for $ 1. They have delicious croissants.
