Excellent experience today! Got there on the say after the big snow store at about 12:30pm. I had checked to make sure there wasn’t anything on the website saying they were closed before I left the hotel but when I got there the doors were locked. I was a bit disappointed and so got on my phone to plot the next place to go when all of the sudden then friendly and flustered fellow walked up and began unlocking the door. He said that he had just got the call they were opening and rushed to the store. He made me a cup of hot tea and was very knowledgeable about all of the fragrances but gave me space to experience every one without interference. I ended up purchasing a travel set not only because of the quality of the product but because of the quality of the service. Already planning my next purchase from this boutique and have decided to only purchase by Kilian from this boutique due to my experience.

Expected a wonder based on the reviews, but turned into a rather disappointing experience. The sales assistant was like a snow queen (aka haughty and aloof). She did not even deign to check the names of fragrances she sprayed on the papers or offered to spray on the skin. No samples either (even though I did make a purchase). The product is good but I won’t be back to the store

God I love Kilian. Discovered back in the day when strolling through Bergdorf Goodman. Fell in love with LOVE. On fragrance number 4 and have evolved to Rose Oud.
If you are a scent snob and want the very best then this is the place for you.
Ps: ask about the special fragrance made just for you… if you love fragrances (as much as I do) you will not be able to stop thinking about making a scent of our own with Kilian.
Pss: The store manager, Aaron is EVERYTHING. He is so welcoming but most of all passionate. You’re in the very best of hands with him. He’ll take you on a journey unlike any other perfumery.

I was waiting for this location to open up for months reading about it online.
It is everything that I imagined and then some. They have several exclusive fragrances, and the gentleman who was working (I wish I could recall his name or find my email receipt but I can’t) was fabulous. He listened to everything that I said and knew what I might like based on my other fragrance purchases.
Although I am a female LOL I prefer not girly scents I don’t want to walk around smelling like a flower. He helped me make some great selections, and gave me some fabulous samples to try as well.
I appreciate that he listened when I said I did not want to purchase anymore that I had come in for… And then I found another fantastic fragrance I had not found in the past! That change quickly LOL While my go to fragrance is back to black, they have a fantastic selection and anyone looking for a new scent will probably find what they’re looking for here.
You will not have 190 different scents to try, but you will have a couple of dozen really good fantastic fragrances to choose from.
The sales gentleman was very kind and allowed me to get on the Wi-​Fi network to complete some work as well, which I appreciated in a stressful situation.

If you’re trying to find it, walk south on Washington past Intermix, and it will be on the same side as Intermix (west side of the street) but down further (maybe a couple hundred feet) from the corner.

What not to like about «By Killian» colognes? His colognes are not only sophisticated, elegant but also very well made. They are top of the line colognes and perfumes, they aren’t cheap for sure. Price range: somewhere between 300 – 500 USD, but I think it’s worth every penny. So glad that he has decided to open a stand alone store in the US. Some colognes are exclusive and can only be found in store.
I have been wearing «By Killian» colognes for about 2 years now and have gotten numerous of compliments. I thoroughly enjoy «A taste of Heaven, Straight to Heaven, Amber Oud, Pure Oud and Black Oud». I also like the «Back to Black» but to me it’s a bit too feminine.
