I’ve been to many burger kings in the past 20 years and I can honestly say that this particular location has the worst service. My brother and I made a simple order of chicken nuggets and they couldn’t even get that right. The line is chaotic and lacks any real order to add on to that. Only come here if you have to.

Worst service ever. All the workers do is gossip. One customer complained bout the service and the manager didn’t even apologize or try to rectify the situation.

This Burger King has changed, and not for the better. I went here on a weekday at Noon, and granted it was lunch hour but it took almost 20 minutes to place my order and ultimately almost 25 to get it. They«re-modeled» this place, but it was actually better beforehand. There used to be one general line as everybody had to wait inside a bench-like structure and then get called up by one of the usually three cashiers. They took it away and there is now two separate lines, but it seems to actually be more chaotic and confusing. They also took away the free-refills. I guess they know they have a stranded audience looking for a quick bite after going to the next-door movie theatre, so there’s no need to have it anymore. The McDonald’s in Co-Op City still has free refills, apparently aware they actually have to compete with the Popeye’s and Checkers who are right nearby. And because a lot of people come here from the movie theatre, it is also rather ghetto as well. One man was arguing with the cashier for a prolonged period of time while the cashier and worker in back of her engaged in passive-aggressive back talk with him, which of course held up the line even more. The only positive things I can say is there is ample seating and the seating area looks nice and is well kept. Also, there are flat-screen tv’s showing ESPN. But the terrible wait times and lack of professionalism will make Burger King a last-case scenario option anytime I’m in Bay Plaza.
