The owner has the worst attitude and clearly does not care about obtaining new customers — would not recommend at all! She actually told my three year old and myself that «this is a private store», making it very clear that she had no desire to serve us. I therefore had to get my daughter’s hat elsewhere…

Ok, my mother is a lover of fine hats and I just happened to be browsing the shops at the Plaza hotel, I HATE wearing hats, but Brenda’s caught my eye.
I have never met a ruder person with more of a stick up their ass, rude, unprofessional, nasty. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
