I’m a fan of this Boston Market location, they never disappoint! Came here starving after a long night in class, I needed something to fill me up for the long ride home ahead. I decided to try out the market bowl which is one protein and two sides for $ 7.50. I tried the skinless chicken breast with steamed veggies and garlic roasted potatoes. I was served in just a matter of a few minutes [they chicken comes fresh out the oven so there is a short wait on it, but it was well worth it]. There was tons of sides to choose from like corn, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, corn bread, the list goes on and on. My friend got ribs with mac and cheese, corn and corn bread and a chocolate brownie which came with a drink for 13 bucks. The food is high quality, very filling, flavorful and fresh. The food is actually pretty healthy, they had salads or half rotisserie chicken with healthy sides to choose from [you can also put gravy on all your items]. They even have great sandwich combos with chicken! They also hook you up with really good deals, like buy one get one free meal on Saturdays, they give you that receipt to bring it in. I like how this place was clean with late hours and there was a lot of seating available. Everyone here is very friendly and patient and you will always leave this place satisfied.

I walked in to purchase sides of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. One of the employees suggested getting the side sampler which includes 3 sides for better value. Great recommendation. Purchased a trio and saved money. Not only that but the food was warm and fresh. Great customer service and great food.

The service here is great. We were asked at least six times if we needed anything, they came by and got our trash, were super attentive. The food was good as always and this location was very clean with every employee doing something. If they were not manning the register or kitchen they were cleaning or checking on customers. It takes an awful lot for me to give 4 stars to something that most people consider high scale fast food. But it was good and the service left us feeling good and appreciated.

I mean, the food tastes exactly like every other Boston Market I have been to. I really liked the atmosphere of this Boston Market though. It was clean and the staff was efficient. This place is definitely pretty high on my list in terms of to-go fast food, especially because I live so close to this place. On a personal note, I did not like their pecan pie. I’m not even sure if they serve this year round or only around the holidays, but I would definitely pass on the pie if I ever saw it again. I found the pie to be lacking some sweetness and the pecans were overall just a little too soft in my opinion.

I used to go to ‘Boston Chicken’ in Boston when I was in college back in the day– I used to love it– the meals tasted like my mom would make– I am very very disappointed-this is not the same place– the quality is totally gone. Clearly they changed from ‘home made’ to ‘canned’. I ate in the restaurant, and the staff behind the counter and on the dining floor were sooooo loud the entire time. Won’t be back.

As good as it gets seeing how its fast food. I cant complain. Only issue is it smells like sewage every time I go inside. Get it fixed already!

«As for hit or miss, I got a miss» Came here due extreme starvation. Ordered the pulled bbq chicken sandwich combo(comes with one side) but the sandwich hardly had any meat in it. Maybe the cashier thought that I was a pseudo vegetarian. At least the place was clean and if large quantities fountain drinks are your thing then you will be pleased. The cup that comes with the combo meal is HUGE. Since you will not fill up on the scraggly sandwich, you can rest assure that you will have 32oz of soda to help fill you up.. . if you are into that kind of thing. Eh, I probably will not come back to this location unless I am in EXTREME starvation mode. Or, if I am SUPER thirsty.

I like this Boston market location. Very nice and quiet, relaxing music and the staff are so very nice. It felt like I was in the south for a second. Got greeted by the cashier and she even help me and my brother to our seats holding our trays. This place is really really chill will come back more if I’m ever in the area.

I haven’t ate at a Boston Market in a few years but happened to be on this side of town and knew I had to go in! My fav is the side sampler– 2 orders of mashed potatoes and 1 order of sweet potatoes. The mashed potatoes with gravy is the reason I love this place! They’ve classed it up since I’ve last been here. They now use washable hard plastic plates and metal utensils. Someone also cleans up after you. The best thing I saw was one of the servers carrying the plate of a man with cane, following him to his seat. Then he dropped his knife and she got him a new one. That’s A+ service for an essentially fast food restaurant!

simple food. Service is nice but it’s not one of the best places I ate in the city We took the chicken that was a bit small and dry and the chicken pot pie had very bad smell Prices btw 7 $-12 $ There is enough sitting places. This place is kind of rotisserie chicken cheap place.

This is not high quality food but it is great comfort food. For two, under 20 dollars is great! I went with the quarter white chicken and the mash potatoes and garlic spinach. The chicken was delicious and the spinach tasted almost like the creamed spinach but less calories. The mash potatoes, sadly were subpar and the gravy was flavorless. I did try the beans, which tasted like my childhood. All in all great food for a great price. Just don’t expect any fancy table service. They will bring you your food but not your drinks. So if you are trying to impress someone, maybe take it to go for a picnic. Also best of all they have complimentary water. All you have to do is ask and save that $ 1.69.

Somewhat sketchy crowd, but relatively clean location. Long lines during mealtimes, but well-expedited by the supervisor. So-so brownie. Would’ve been better if the chocolate chips were melted, but they never are at any BM. Oh well, it was free with their VIP Club signup.

Considering I work across the street at the hospital, I don’t come here enough. Tonight’s visit was inspired by the«Tax Day Special» which was an amazing deal: 2 half chicken meals(with 2 sides each and a piece of corn bread) for $ 10.40. My bill was $ 11.32 with tax. For dinner! For two! With leftovers. Wow. The chicken was juicy and good but the skin a bit greasy(just didn’t eat it). The portion was large. We had the following sides: mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, regular spinach(not creamed) and green beans. Overall, my favs were the carbs… the mac and cheese here just rocks and the mashed were very good(could have used more gravy). The spinach was a little older(sitting out longer I image) and very garlicky. The beans were good and nicely flavored. I’ll come back instead of going across the street to the overpriced deli when I’m working. Because it’s better food and better prices. It’s a good thing I’m only at the hospital occasionally or else I’d be gaining some lbs from too much mac and cheese!

Good value for money, Nice choice of side dishes. The room was freezing so we got cold, not really comfortable while eating. Only one negative thing is that the cashier gave me automatically the 32oz glass whereas a smaller one would have been far enough for me.

Clean, fast and real food. Not processed junk. I really appreciate that. Lunch time is always busy but you’re out of there in no time. I only gave it three stars because I don’t eat chicken or meat(long story please don’t ask but I’m not a vegetarian) and the turkey breast was kinda like sliced deli meat with a whole bunch of gravy. Perhaps, they should consider doing seafood. Or is that to far fetched The sides are to die forth(good and bad) I know the candied yams are supposed to be sweet. Hence the word«candied» but I was almost in a diabetic coma. I’ll stick to the mac and cheese, steamed veggies and creamed spinach please. Overall, they get my approval. Especially from a non chicken or meat eater.

Say what you want about the grease, this place is great. Working near Columbus Circle, the majority of your lunch options are either expensive, slow, or both. The rotisserie chicken here is always on point, and the mac & cheese is guiltly delicious, not to mention the prices are affordable enough. The food is far from fancy, or healthy, though.

Eating here right now. 2 for 20 bucks with the lady. Best BM I have been to. And that’s no big deal because I have only been to three in my life. The chicken is fall of the bone delicious. Sides were as good as your grandma makes at thanksgiving time. Creamed spinach… Super good. Even dessert was better than expected. But the food, as surprised as I was from the food the SERVICE was great. Kids were treating us like restaurant diners. Honestly Friendly. Highly recommend for cheap good eats.

Just moved to the upper westside and have ordered takeout from here twice. On both occasions, I ordered a whole rotisserie chicken with 3 sides. The chicken is tender and tasty. Make sure you order one of the sauces — there are 3 sauces that vary in spiciness. I’ve only had the ‘honey habenero’ sauce(which is the least spicy of the 3) and it really adds another dimension to the flavour of the chicken. Delicious! There is a huge selection of sides to choose from. I’ve tried the corn, mashed potatoes and steamed green beans with carrots. All seemed fresh and served to balance the whole meal out. The meal also comes with corn bread. I haven’t had any corn bread before(having just moved here from overseas) and it seems to taste fine but I’m not in a position to comment on its quality relative to other corn breads. In terms of pricing, the meal I’ve described above, i.e. whole chicken with 3 sides and bread, is around $ 24, and is intended to feed 3 people. That’s pretty good value for money in my opinion. Finally, the service here is fantastic. I’ve only been there at night and have never had to wait. However, on the 2 occasions I’ve been, the servers were really friendly and efficient.

I’m not a health nut in the slightest(I like Mickey D’s McGriddles for Christ’s sake)… But at this place you felt like were throwing down the cheapest greasiest junk. Tasted exactly like cheap attempts at tasting good — lots of oil and fats. Have I mentioned it was cheap in the worst way?
