I would give them a zero if I could! So annoyed, I called on two separate occasions regarding a specific brand of crotchet braids. They assured me that they carried it but when I went there they didn’t. It was such a big waste of my time. They are very unreliable and not knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Do not go here

Boss Beauty is one of the many beauty supply stores that you will find along Jamaica Avenue. However, I feel this one is just a tinge different from the rest.
I walked in and did a quick scan of the aisles and found the hair color aisle. I scanned the brands and found the one I was searching for. Unfortunately, did not find what I wanted. I almost walked away a little upset (it was the 3^rd beauty supply store I had visited that day) when one of the women that worked there walked up to me and asked if I found what I needed. When I told her what I wanted, she did a quick scan and found my product almost immediately. It was almost as if she saw my hair color and thought, «hmmm, she’s a XXX» and in her mind found the item before she even looked.
She was super helpful, even got an extra add-​on product that I was totally not expecting to find which really made my day.
I went home happy and my hair thanks Boss Beauty. I will be a returning customer.
