Bionic Puppy

I believe the owner of this company is earnest and well intentioned. None the less he currently cannot manage his business appropriately. Maybe since he had an offer on Living Social he over extended himself, but none the less I wasted much time and ultimately he blamed me for the trouble I caused. The trouble was wanting to schedule the walk I had paid for. it took three weeks to even set anything up and then at the arranged time today no one showed up. When I called to inquire he started yelling at me for how hard he works. I work hard too which is why I depend on appointments being kept. He then said there was a three hour window, but that was not what he said when he booked the 2:00 walk for my dog. He obviously has much to learn about managing a business and dealing responsibly with clients.

Bionic Puppy was unfortunately quiet a disappointment. They were extremely unprofessional and in the end the owner’s attitude and temper frightened us. We were also very pressured to buy their packages which made us uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
