Mixed review because one broker I dealt with here was very responsive and not pushy; the other was kind of a crook and asked for a cash deposit. Do they even feel a modicum of guilt? If I had to do it all over again, I’d try (again) to avoid brokers altogether. Someone needs to create a website (rent-​direct didn’t cut it for me) to render brokers obsolete. (But then I guess we’d have a troublesome population of stray and feral brokers, eek.)
