FUNGUS !! DON’T GO UNLESS YOU WANT FUNGUS. THEY ARE NOT SANITARY … actually ended up going here on accident (meant to go to Y nails across the street) after hearing that my co workers friends WHOLE TOE-​NAIL FELL OFF) After going to this place I wanted to stay clear from Be Be but I took a quick look inside and said «ehhh it doesn’t seem so bad»… A week after I got tips put on i decided they were too long so i got the gel nail polish off (at a different salon). I then had noticed something green under my nail… well not only was my ring finger GROWING FUNGUS, on every single nail the acrylic was eating through my nail almost down to my skin. Two months later i’m still dealing with this indent problem. I’ve been doing home remedies for my nail ever since. I have never ever dealt with this… it’s absolutely disgusting. They lost a customer forever. Please… do not get this bebe nails confused with the one on forest WHICH IS actually VERY clean. BUT THIS ONE IN PORT RICHMOND IS unsanitary and dismissive when I went there to address the problem.

I drive 30 minutes and past a billion nail salons just to get to Bebe. They’re always super packed and there’s a reason. All of their services are $ 5 – 10 cheaper than in my area and on top of it their nails actually LAST. I get a gel manicure and I’ve tried everywhere on SI and they ALWAYS chip. At Bebe my nails will last 3 – 4 weeks. I was one of those people who thought gel just didn’t work well with my nails but I am so happy I found Bebe. I make my appointments with Ava who is very sweet and always takes me right away. I usually come in the morning as they open and she rushes around to make sure I get right in a chair. She also does a really good pedicure and takes her time and makes my feet so smooth (I have really rough feet) but she puts in serious work! They don’t really do a long massage during the pedicure but for $ 15 and the fact that they actually do your toenails and calluses good it’s totally worth it. They’re also friendly there. You don’t feel like they’re talking about you in their native language (like I have felt at almost every other nail salon I’ve been to in the past 20 years). Also if you like designs they do a great job (it’s extra $$) you can bring a picture and show them and they will do it for you. If Bebe ever closed down I don’t know what I’d do! :)

Love Bebe! They always get me in and out quick even no matter what and my nails are always pristine! I followed Kelly here when she first opened the salon! Great people and clean environment. I WILL NOT go anywhere else !!

First giving honor to the nail god ivy who has turned my nail experience around and my mom for introducing me to Bebe nails.
Let me just start off by saying my nails have never looked better, lasted longer, grew longer as well as my eyebrows have never looked more shapely and there lol.
The shop is very clean, the chairs are comfy, they always have movies playing, they give you a full hand massage and foot massage.
Ivy is the best nail technician and eyebrow waxed there is. I always get gel which is $ 23 but I get designs so it’s $ 33 and eyebrow waxed are $ 5. My mom gets individual eyelashes which are $ 35 and they look so realistic and good.
I get my nails done every 2 – 3 months because that’s how long they last. Here are some pics of my last few gel manicures done by ivy. I hooked all my friends and family to Bebe because in my opinion they are the best !

Ok, ok! So after so many visits I decided that I might as well write a review about one of my favorite nail salons. The salon is clean, the nail technicians are courteous and do an excellent job with creative designs with quick and careful service! What I love the most is that my gel manicure and pedicure can last for 3 – 4 weeks without me thinking about chipping! I’m always receiving compliments about my nails!

My sister and mom swear by Bebe Nails so much they drive from the south shore Staten Island JUST to get their nails did! Their creativity and quality work are hard to beat anywhere else on the island AND BEYOND (TRUST! I live in DC and travel TO NY to get my beauty needs satisfied and Bebe Nails satisfies my thirst and has what I crave).
I went in to get my gel mani and regular spa pedicure sunday afternoon. It was packed with lots of ladies getting their nails did but there wasn’t really a wait. I picked my colors and had my pedicure. It was great, massage chairs feel divine, and I love how my pedicure came out. I then had my gel mani done and picked a funky design. The best thing about having your nails done is that your options are endless, the ladies of Bebe Nails can do it all: colors, lines/​dots, designs, bling bling y’all! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the buffer tool used to roughen up my nails as it makes the nail more brittle and sensitive and my chunky cuticles were neither pushed back nor cut and they’re was no lotion/​massage. Just sit down, sand blast your nails and get to painting. I loved how my mani and pedi came out, have received TONS of complements and and for the $ 45 pricetag, I can’t complain.
Now if only they’ll come down to DC for me…

Their gel manicures and pedicures are thoroughly done, the staff is friendly, and the prices are affordable. However, the salon does not really provide a relaxing environment to get pampered in and the parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. Still, whenever I’m on the island I make sure to stop here to get my nails done.

(****) four stars for mani (***) three stars for pedi. I come all the way from the south shore to the north shore to get my wraps, tips, and gel manis here. They take great care of your nails and the mani always lasts. They are sooo cheap as well. Fill in & pedi was $ 30. Not bad ! But my pedi was rushed and unfortunately when I want a great spa pedi I will go to where I used to go. That’s the only downside. But other than that there’s mani gel colors to choose from and the people are nice. Skip the pedi if possible.
