Really excellent shrimp fajita wrap! Perfect with their signature hot sauce. Smoothies are also good.

Pretty dope sandies. Almost had to take away a star though because it’s too crowded in there during lunchtime to practice my golf swing while I wait for my food.

I used to be a big fan of this eatery takeout, Untill the attitude of the workers came around, I’m a usual customer here and they yelled at me for taking some plastic goods for my lunch, and plus they can’t pass their inspection due to roaches that are laying behind the grill. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here

Nice people but very mediocre lunch. I had the Cuban Sandwich special. The bread was bland and without any hint of a crust. The ham had no taste and the pickles were soggy and mushy. The place has a good vibe inside and you think you’ll be getting a bomb sandwich, but alas, that was not the case.

Nice lunch option in the area, I just found out this place existed. I ordered the shrimp fajita wrap and it was good and affordable. The flavors are nice, the tomato tortilla works really well, and they have a bunch of hot sauces you can add(I’m a fan of the green habanero sauce). They also have a smoked salmon wrap with a little bit of cream cheese spread onto the wrap before it’s rolled, cucumber and watercress. It’s not too bad but the salmon isn’t the greatest quality. The food isn’t super exciting but it’s solid. Service was also friendly, I’ll definitely be back.

Decent lunch or breakfast food in an area where it’s pretty difficult to get either(grab/go type that is). However, they recently pulled stunt in which they raised prices on their smoothies by a considerable amount without changing signs or letting customers know. A smoothie used to be 3.75(which is a good price for the area), but they now cut the size of said smoothie by 33% and call it a small, and you have to pay up an additional $ 1.25($ 5.00) for the«large», which used to be the only option. Reminds me of when Edy’s started only giving you 1.5 quarts of ice cream, instead of a half gallon, in an effort to jack up prices. I started noticing that when it would take me only about 15 or 20 minutes to finish the container. I was annoyed, but yeah, I got over it and continued to buy from them. So I suppose I will do the same with the folks at Beach Street Eatery, but I am somewhat putoff by their trickery.

Good variety of paninis, salads, sandwiches, and wraps — not $$$ like the rest of TriBeCa but the portions are filling and the service is quick and efficient. The tuna salad is large, comes with 4 different toppings, and has a spicy kick at the end. Try the grilled cheese sandwich, gooey goodness and warm crunchy toast — really easy, but really good. Not a long wait — I went here during the peak of lunchtime and was out in 10 – 15 minutes.

Me thinks not is right! I used to be a huge fan until the other day when i noticed there were flies flying inside of the refrigerator case. I told them i no longer wanted my sandwich because i literally saw a bug CRAWL inside of a pre made sandwich. She asked me «was it a fly or a bug?» Last time i checked that was the same thing. SOSAD!!!

I’ve tried this place three times and I cannot figure out why people like it. It’s extremely expensive, IMO, and the food is middle-of –the-road, at best. The soups are too salty for my own taste and the sammys are meager for the prices charged. I wanted to add it to my lunchtime rotation, but I can think of six other places that are better and cheaper — so at least for the time being, BSE is not going to break-in to the lineup.

I love Beach Street Eatery. I could live here(well only during the week). This is my go to place for lunch in the TriBeca area — well priced, lots of options, and fast. Even if it looks very crowded, you always get your food within 5 – 10 minutes. My favorites: Grilled Tilapia Wrap, Lamb Panini, Skirt Steak Chimichurri Panini.

This is one of my favorite places in Tribeca. Everything is fresh and organic. I always get a fresh squeezed juice(beets, apples, carrots.ect.). I you are juicing… this is a great place to pick up your fresh juice!. and just ordered a grilled salmon avocado wrap. delicious! I love this place. It deserves 5 stars!

My review is only for the breakfast menu. Since I worked in the vicinity in the past, I stop here sometimes to grab my breakfast. I have tried it over a couple of times. Tried the bagel with cheese and butter. It was ok though service could have been better.

One of my favorite lunch places in Tribeca. I recommend the Antipasto Panini(slightly salty but I like salty), the skirt steak hogie, and the grilled chicken avacado with bacon. They use this delicious clianto aoli in their grilled chicken sandwhiches that just takes it to the next level. It gets pretty busy during lunch, plus they claim to only except credit card charges of $ 10 or more(which is bushleague). Just tell them that you don’t have cash and they’ll take the credit card, or threaten to report them to the better business bureau since they’re not allowed to impose credit card minimums in the state of NY anyway.

This tiny spot is across the street from my office. I love the friendly service. The staff always welcomes you in with a smile and a hello. The food is always fresh and I have never had a bad meal.. It is crowded at lunch, but why not? Its the best place around… You can get anything your heart desires and as quick as humanly possible. They make a great cup of coffee as well with the steam milk which I get almost every afternoon at 3… Try the chunky chicken salad with grapes… Its a keeper!

Came here for lunch one day and, well, meh — I don’t see what’s so special. There was a line packed with people, and the place smelled delicious. But after forking over $ 10 for a burrito that’s more like a wrap with lettuce and philly cheesesteak meat, I was very disappointed. Perhaps I am the spoiled southern californian who has brought his high expectations to new york city, but even I have had mexican food in the city I’ve gone loco for, and this is far from that. And while quantity isn’t always better than quality, I felt like I got jipped on the quantity side too — I was hungry by 4PM that afternoon. These«burritos» are tiny! With another dollar, I’d have gotten two footlongs at subway just around the corner. Maybe the bacon avocado is the real gem here, or maybe I just got a bad burrito, but until my adventurous side begs to give this place a second chance, I’m going to stick to subway for lunch.

As far as lunch spots go, this place is pretty darn reasonable. I’ve had a handful of standard sandwiches and salads from this little place, and they’re all delicious. By far, my favorite is the BLTA. C’mon — bacon AND avocado? Does it get any better? They’re not at all stingy with the avocado slices or the bacon, which is super crispy. And that’s the way, uh-huh uh-huh, I like it. Here, service always comes with a smile. Beach Street Eatery is CASHONLY, so y’know… don’t come trying to pay with your card.

I’m honestly very surprised this place doesn’t have a better rating/has only been rated by four reviewers thus far? Yeah, it sucks that it’s cash only. Yeah, it sucks that it’s so crowded during lunch. BUTHONESTLY what else are you going to do for lunch in Tribeca? Your other options are a subway sandwich or the company cafeteria(if you’re «lucky» enough to have one) My advice: beat the office blues and come here to treat yourself to the fresh avocado, the tender seasoned chicken, a reviving smoothie, or the chili that comes with rice/scallions at the bottom and cheese on the top. Your taste buds will thank you for it.

This place is def my spot. There are EXTREMELY limited choices for a quick lunch spot in Tribeca. But this place shines through regardless. 1) FRESH!!! — they slice real avocado onto the sandwiches and salads. — no weird goopy stuff. Their greens are always crisp and delicious. 2) Not stingy — they load your sandwiches with lots of greens, plenty of sauce, ample bacon(no such thing as too much bacon), and grilled chicken. 3) grilled chicken is rubbed in cilantro and lime, I abolsultely love how well this is cooked. Not weird cubed chicken used at some salad shops. 4) incredibly friendly service. Some negatives: cash only is a huge boo, crowded during lunch rush, hectic/at times slow service, they close at 4. The point is hell yea i’m a fan and come for the made-to-order salads, chicken avocado and blt club sandwiches. yums yums. The quality and value here is unbeatable.
