We’ve been here on Saturday night around midnight and it was kinda packed! We just got off from job and we decided to come for one drink, just one lol Around 12 – 15 seat on the bar and 9 – 10 tables! So, we found exact three available seats on the bar we needed! Whats also cool they have tv screens all over the place and especially on the bar with games(baseball, soccer etc.) So keep this place in mind also like a good spot for watchin the game. I was not about some serious liquor that night so i ordered Blue moon $ 6.43 and ladies ordered coconut mojito $ 7.35 and Margarita $ 8.27 In general this place is nice for pre gamin or just for couple of drinks after long shift! Music is fine and not super loud so u guys can have a conversation with each other! Bartenders are nice and helpful! When its closer to 1 or 2 am place became super crowdy! I guess at this time after nice pre game u suppose to be at some club already lol Gonna be here again for sure! Thanks guys!

I really felt like this place could be my new go to spot. Yesterday, my friend and i ordered two drinks and closed our tab at the bar. We then sat at a table near the window. The bartender a guy was super helpful and pleasant. His shift must of ended because all of a sudden a woman started to come to our table. She cleared our table from our previous round and asked what we wanted We decided to stay a little longer and order more drinks. I asked for a water and my friend asked for a beer. The waitress served the beer and went outside to smoke(which i found rude). So we had to go to the bar and ask someone else to give us water The real issue was when i went to close out the tab the waitress brought us a completely wrong tab. No big deal i thought and went to go rectify. She began questioning me about the drinks i had previously had(and paid for). Turns out she didn’t accidentally hand us the wrong bill she saw our glasses assumed we hadn’t paid and just added random charges to jack up our bill. I was furious. She questioned me 3 times about if i had really paid or not. She should have asked me before she just tried to post random charges on my credit card. I was and still am beyond furious. I am calling Visa later today to let them know what happened.

All our orders were incorrect. Service was very slow, so if you don’t have time for a really long meal, then you may want to eat someplace else. After waiting an hour for our food, at the end of the meal, we waited 30 mins for the waitress to bring us the bill, take our credit cards and then bring them back. The food itself was just average. I had a burger and fries, which were nothing special. The patty was also overcooked. This seems like a fun place to watch a game and get wasted with friends, but I wouldn’t eat here again. If you do eat here, it might be best to ask for the check as soon as you get your food, because you don’t know when the waitress will be getting back to you.

Seriously, I’m not hard to impress. All I wanted was a glass of wine — I didn’t even really want it. I was meeting people at the bar next to it, and I got their 20 minutes early. So rather than wait in there, I figured I’d wait in this place. Well, wait I did. I entered on a Tuesday night — it wasn’t crowded. There was no bartender behind the bar, and there was one person at the bar, and he was drinking so I assumed at one point a person worked there. Three minutes go by, yes I was watching the time — what else would I do? And the bartender came back — woo! Alright — time to partake in capitalism. He came over, asked what I wanted, and I told him a glass of Merlot. You know those moments in the bar service industry where the person that you’re relying on instills no confidence whatsoever? This was one of those times. There was just something off about it. I look at the other end of the bar, and it had to be 15 feet away, and he’s looking through every bottle of wine. it was probably like 8 bottles. Then he starts making some kind of drink. I could hear the ice in the shaker from the other end of the bar, and he was talking to the waitress. Still no wine in front of me. Then he stopped making the drink. I don’t know why I stayed. Then it’s 7:50 — officially 8 minutes. He walks down to me, and says«we’re looking downstairs to see if we have any merlot — do you want something else in the meantime?» I said, «no im just going to leave.» So I left, and I will not be returning.

There’s only one reason why my friend and I decided to come here after work on a Tue: happy hour that lasts til 10pm nightly! Most bars in the area end happy hour around 7−8pm. Thanks to Unilocal,I stumbled across this anomaly, and knew we had to come here. With a happy hour ending at 10pm and name like«Bar 515,» I was expecting a low-key pub-like atmosphere with dart boards and pool tables. Boy, was I off. The space was actually quite modern and sexy, with 2 separate bars. They also have tables and booths, if you don’t feel like sitting at the bar. They have a different drink special every night of the week(Tue night is the apple martini – yum) along with the nightly $ 4 beer, $ 5 sangria, $ 6 well drink, and others. Their food menu has your standard bar fried foods, with some healthier options like sandwiches and hummus with vegetables. Prices are very reasonable. 2HH apple martinis, 2HH sangrias, 1 appetizer combo(nachos, mozzarella sticks, Buffalo wings), and hummus with vegetable and flatbread cost $ 50 before tip.

Went back here to watch the football on a Sunday and was very disappointed to find out that they no longer have the 40 cents wing deal they have had the last few times I came here! They are now $ 10 for 10 wings… not the same great deal as before and for that reason I probably won’t go as often. Also the entire food menu has changed now too I believe, it seems like they have less offerings than before

Came here with a friend on a Saturday night. I liked the fact that they had college football games on, not that I’m a fan but that’s a sure indicator that they play NFL games. The bartender was pretty cool as well. Gave us some stiff drinks, and the burger we ordered was on point with the fries. I’d say it’s a pretty good place to hangout with the guys on a game night or even to go out for a drink. Not sure how crazy this place gets later in the night, but for a casual night out it’s a pretty good place to go.

Out of all the bars I’ve been to within close proximity, this place is my favorite sports bar because it’s clean, aesthetic, plays good music has a very professional staff. Food /drink selection is great and also inexpensive. And getting wifi is a huge bonus. That’s why I’m able to write this Unilocal review. I’m happy to be sitting here comfortably drinking wine while my bro-y guy friends get wild over a football game that I don’t give a crap about :)

Loved the happy hour deal here where we were able to share an entire pitcher of beer of our choice. My friend recommend us to get the special beer that is unique to each bar so we will definitely come again to order something else. We also ordered medium flavored wings for FOUR dollars, it came with 10 wings(much better than the wing Tuesday I was accustomed to in BWW) The flavoring was great and not too messy where the sauce is not dripping on our nice professional clothes. We were able to fit so many people from our class in the bar and had a good time conversing with new people. The music was really loud so sometimes the bartender won’t be able to hear you. Definitely a spot you need to hit if barhopping

Great sports bar in Murray Hill. The wings are delicious and very cheap during happy hour. Taylor is my favorite bartender if it wasn’t for her this bar wouldn’t stand out as much when compared to the numerous other bars in the area. She is very friendly, attentive and makes amazing drinks.

You’re not going to find a better, cleaner, or less expensive place to grab a few drinks and some good food anywhere in Manhattan. Bar 515 is a great, friendly place to come and sit to either lose yourself in the atmosphere or engage with the people around you. The place opens at 5:15 weekdays(a take on their address on Third Avenue) and the happy hour runs until 10PM. Generally the owner is there to greet you and if not, one of the servers come over and help you right away. Even once it gets busy, the folks working the floor go out of their way to check in with you to see if you need anything. They are attentive but not pushy. The menu selections are a small range of fare but there is something for everyone. The most expensive items are less than $ 15.00 and the wing specials are $ 5 for 10. You can sit there for four hours, drink three drinks and have a meal for less than $ 25.00 a person. The customers are generally the younger set — between mid 20s to mid 40s primarily. There is music played throughout the evening and they adjust the music and the lighting to suit the overall mood of the crowd. When there are sporting events going on, the TV screens carry the different events and they turn the projectors on for the large screens(three in total). There are daily food and drink specials on top of the everyday low prices. There is an entire back bar area that they will open when it’s busy or for a large group in a semi private setup. I encourage you to come down a give them a try and see for yourself. I promise you — you will be back.

Average bar, very spacious. However, when we sat down at a table on Thursday night, the waitress never came to see us! That seemed a little odd to me! However, getting drinks from the bar was easy so it balanced itself out.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Solid happy hour that lasts until 10pm. $ 4 domestic drafts and 50 cent wings are a good call if you’re getting out of work late and are in the area. Went on a Monday night, so not really sure how it is on a weekend. I’d come back on a late weeknight for sure though. Or might try it out for a game night — good size tvs.

Solid spot for an affordable happy hour in Midtown. $ 5 drink specials every night and lots of TVs if you want to watch any sporting events. The food was affordable too, and while nothing special, the price is right. I’ll be back for more happy hours!

Late night drinks with the crowd… was really not what I expected. great wait staff and nice attitude but the evening we were there, although we had fun, various tables were filled with people who could not hold their liquor and were throwing up all over the place… including at the tables and in the bathroom area. What a mess.

If you are looking for an awesome place to unwind after work, grab a bite to eat with a friend, or watch a football, hockey, basketball or whatever game(they have over 20TVS) this is the place to be! The staff is always friendly, personable and make you feel welcome. Food is reasonably priced and delicious, especially the 40 cent wings. I suggest the mac and cheese or chicken Nachoes. Oh and who could forget their happy hour prices until 10pm ever day! Check 515 out, you won’t be sorry!

Definitely will be a repeat customer at this local sports bar. Happy hour until 10pm on weekdays including $ 4 domestic draft(seasonal Ginger Blue Moon is delish) Skip the sangria and martinis: too sweet, light on the booze 40cents wings ALLDAY, every day. Similar to Croxleys and one drink minimum. Skip the buffalo chicken wing sliders and quesadilla Service can be a tad slow but waitresses are friendly.

Bar 515 is something you just have to take at face value: it’s a sports bar in Murray Hill. Now that that’s out of the way, it’s a decent place to grab a drink with friends. I would not recommend the back of the bar as it gets uncomfortably packed with dudes who all wear Brooks Brothers button down shirts. The front of the bar was nice — our bartender was great to us. We had nachos, chips with guac, and sweet potato fries. The sangria was alright — it was kind of fermented. All in all, a hot mess: it’s up to you to determine whether it’s more hot than a mess.

Came here during the Santacon event! Had to wait like 45mins outside the bouncer was so rude but you have to understand so many drunks acting all retarded. Anyways once we got in the place was very nice lots of TVs very nice ambience and not packed to the extend people’s sweat drenching on you! The bartender was very nice too she was very busy but very attentive! Overall I had a very good one here I would definitely come again.

Came across this place because a lot other nearby bars were completely full. My friend and I were just walking around looking for a place to grab a drink or two and actually talk. We walked in and were pleased with its HH offerings. I especially loved its lychee martinis. Its sweet potato fries came in with decent portion and good price. The service was not bad. It wasn’t too crowded during my visit. My friend and I were able to sit towards the back when there was nobody around just yet and we were able to have a really good chat. Later on, a group of people walked in for a private party towards the back area and it got really loud. It is completely expected since this is a bar. Overall, good venue, good drinks/fries. It was difficult to spot the server because they all dress really casually. They would come check on you when you are like hmm are you a server? LOL.
