The owner of this place is extremely rude. Gives everyone attitude. Every time I have called he has treated me with an attitude. Very disrespectful not to mention I feel sorry for his wife, hes always yelling at her as well.

The service Friendly though slow service. The food The food is pretty good. I especially love he spicy pork quesadilla and the tacos. Their deserts are pretty good to.

This is a really small restaurant but the food is amazing. The customer service is great, and the lady in the cashier is always so friendly and welcoming. It’s a true authentic Mexican restaurant, decent price and you’ll get your food in less than 10 minutes.

Gem! Always enjoyable and authentic Mexican. It ain’t Taco Bell and they don’t sell Ortega tacos so get over it. The food is presentable, just enough, and never greasy – but that could be bc I never order some Jabba the Hutt meal too. Delivery can be 45 mins but the food is fresh. I love dem tacos!

Not sure how long they’ve been in our neighborhood but decided to try them for the first time yesterday. We phoned in and ordered nacho dishes and beef taco dishes. Food took a bit long to arrive. Tried to overlook as that I was looking forward to eating Mexican food. Nacho dish was fine nothing spectacular. The tacos were horrible. It was as if someone dropped the salt shaker in the pot of meat. I thought maybe they got my order wrong because there was a salted beef being offered. My son and I couldn’t make it past ½ a taco, it was that salty. I called and spoke to whom I think was the owner. He was trying to assure me that I was mistaken because he had been selling it all night and no one else had complained. I persuaded him to taste the meat. He did and agreed it was extremely salty and that he would speak to the cook. He agreed to refund my purchase and sent the delivery guy back with my refund. Not sure I’ll try them again because my son and I ended up with really bad stomach issues into the next day and we didn’t even complete one taco. Not a fan of their food, but thumbs up for their customer service. Now to finish my cleansing. Ugh!

DONOTORDERFROMTHISRESTAURANT!!! The food here is really good, however, the customer service is the worst I have ever experience. My husband and I order from them last night through grubhub, for the third time. First two times — no problem. Last night, they sent us the wrong item and our food was cold, not a little cold– the meat on our tostadas was out of the refrigerator cold. We called the restaurant to try and get our order fix… they hung up on us. three times! Before the last hang up, I briefly spoke to the chef who said«Mami, mami, mami — that’s the way it comes». That’s not the way it came in our two previous orders! My husband and I went down to the restaurant to try and get our correct order at least. They flat out refused to deal with us! They kept saying that we had to go through grubhub — contact grubhub! They blamed everything on grubhub and the fees they charge restaurants. We showed them our order summary and that one of the items was incorrect; they stilll wouldn’t fix the order, saying that the website was wrong. Eventually the chef(owner?) just completely ignored us and started laughing. The girl with the hairnet, behind the counter, working the register insisted she didn’t work there and was just«visiting». We left, leaving our untouched food on the counter, and called grubhub(amazing customer service by the way). The restaurant claimed that we ate half of the food and returned it because we didn’t like it. They would only refund us half of our money. Grubhub, being the well run business they are, refunded the other half… I can’t begin to express how dumbfounded I am over the complete lack of customer service, words can’t express how bad it is!

This is the worst place to buy Mexican food. Customer service is no good the man that works there which whom I believe is the owner is highly rude to customers. the food didn’t consist of the ingredients it said on the menu, once I approached him about it he gave me a lecture of how it was a new menu. First of all how was I supposed to know that when I’m the customer? the place is disgusting looking i saw one roach passing by the wall. the tables were dirty. He was the one who was cooking food, and had no gloves on while prepping or cooking. I had to leave. Never again

The food is good(but not superb), but the owners/employees are rude. The lady is somewhat fair but the chef/manager always wants to be the boss. He doesn’t let you take in the a bicycle, but I don’t want to leave my bike out there unattended. He says this is a restaurant, but in reality it’s a hole in a wall. I’ve taken my bike to La Estrellita Poblana and numerous other restaurants in the area with no problem. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever been banned from taking a bike into a restaurant. Then when I pay through the door, they tell me to close the door because they want to save heat or the cool from the AC. Am I supposed to somehow teleport the money from my bike to the counter? I’m not David Blaine. Furthermore, when I order over the phone to go and I decide to eat at the restaurant, they give me a lecture about how I can’t do that. Update — The chef/manager has become friendlier and was giving a good effort in showing that he cared about the customers. I’m not sure if he has been reading these reviews, but it’s good to see that CS has improved. Upgrading to 3 *‘s Update #2. Unfortunately I had to downgrade back again to 2 *‘s. Just the other day I ordered an Al Pastor taco’s. More than 75% of the pork was burnt or fat, which is carcinogenic. I’ll post the photo I took with my phone. FYI, if you order delivery, you must order 3 or more tacos of the same filling in order to get it at $ 2.50 each., otherwise it’s $ 3.

I’ order from this place at least once a week and its wonderful. Food is great especially the mixed nachos and the burritos. I strongly believe the guacamole is by far the best guac I have ever had anywhere. If you’re hungry for mexican try this place out.

Lacks consistency. For the sloppy mess I get, the place is overpriced. Whenever I order a dish via grubhub, something will always be missing. A gave them a few chances. I got the pechugas de pollo platter once and it came as described, spicy sauce and cactus even though the chickens were tiny slivers. I ordered it again but this time they sent me a container of rice ad beans with two tiny slivers of chicken on top. No sauce, no cactus. Not even the rice on the side. No. They took my money and threw me some rice and a plain chicken. It was like a spit in the face since I have ordered from here a few times before. It’s clear they don’t appreciate repeat customers. I will never order from them again. They can all go to hell.
