Aurora has been in the past five years the go to restaurant everytime we’re in NY. The truffle pasta is fabulous… a real delicacy… generous and unapologetic. We shared the buratta and prosciutto entrée with bruschetta. Great way to start the meal with an excellent Sicilian wine. Service is excellent. My only negative comment is with regards to the frowning hostess, upon arrival and departure. A smile is always appreciated. Otherwise excellent. ENJOY!!!

We came in with a party of 5. Ordered salad, an entrée, and dessert off the prix fixe menu all for $ 25 pp. It was a wonderful meal in a lovely, quiet setting. The service was impeccable.

This restaurant happens to be one of the best Italian cuisine in NYC and it’s very hard to find them. The service was great, atmosphere was very nice, food was OKAY, and the location was very nice. I wouldn’t mind coming back.

Very friendly waitress and hospital environment for a lovely afternoon brunch. Appx $ 22 will get you a filling and delicious meal + a cocktail. Highly recommended! Found this gem via Unilocal and just had to write a review! Can be a bit hard to find if not familiar with the area. If you’re facing the restaurant it’s exactly right of subway. I ordered the Parma Benedict and it tasted amazing! Do not miss out!!!

Delicious dinner, great service, super cute casual cozy ambiance. All the pastas we tried were delicious and fresh. MUST try the burrata ravioli with mushrooms. Prosciutto appetizer with burrata was great as was octopus. BRUNCH — French toast with Nutella is out of this world omggggg

Great Brunch place! My friend and I made a reservation for a Sunday morning, we love the area(West Broadway)! Their brunch menu has a lot of awesome selections, we ordered: 1. Mushroom and Bacon the bacon is not sliced bacon, it’s more like a whole pork belly, thick and fatty and really good. The mushroom and cheese on top of the toast were so good, i absolutely love the mushrooms! 2. Crab Benedict It was really good, they had a lot of crab meat and avocado, definitely recommend! The brunch menu is $ 22 including an alcoholic drink(Mimosa, Bellini, Bloody Mary etc) We had the Bellini, and it was really really good! Love the ambiance and love the fact that they take reservations! Will definitely come back!

Went here on Sunday for brunch, $ 22 brunch menu and comes with a cocktail or fresh OJ. The service was excellent! They were very attentive. We made reservations for 2PM but my party was late and they easily changed the reservations to 2:30PM. It is located in a great area, SOHO, so we just shopped around. I got the crabs Benedict and it was excellent! We also ordered the prosciutto and burrata to start, TRUFFLEFRIES, ribeye steak, duck leg and waffle and the pasta dish. All excellent and highly recommended!!!(pasta dish as vegetarian) I would definitely return here! Thanks for a good time.

Strongly recommended Le Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese must I. The hand cut pasta danced so well with the lobster and crab meat. It’s not pesto or cream based, the taste won’t wear you out. It grew on me instead. Beyond my expectation. 5 stars for the service as well.

I came here around 12 and was seated immediately since they just opened for the day and got the prix fix. I wanted to try their brunch menu but it’s only served the the weekends :(Interior was cute and not overly dim. I hate when places are mad dim for no reason. The service was good and everyone was really welcoming and nice. I instantly fell in love with the calamari — so bomb. It wasn’t super crunchy like I’m used to but I didn’t care at all. Even my friends were saying how amazing it was when they tried it. I got the Paccheri for my entrée which was good but it only had a few pieces of pasta(although the pieces were huge). I don’t think I had buffalo mozzarella before but it was damn good. Not a big fan of the eggplants tho. Then for dessert I got an affogato with caramel and nut bits with espresso poured over it. I really enjoyed it since I love texture in my food and the espresso balanced out the sweetness.

This place is awesome! The food is delicious. Their Tahitian Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta is the best!

Aurora is a very cozy place to have brunch. Can’t beat their $ 22 fixed-priced brunch that includes a drink. First impressions are important and I was a bit annoyed with their host. In her nice English voiced asked us to sit at the bar because we didn’t have a reservation, which was fine. But don’t sit 2 couples right after us, who also didn’t have reservations! It’s not like they had it any better in the main dining area since they were all packed in liked sardines… typical NYC venue. In regards to their food, the duck and waffles were pretty tasty. Their maple syrup with mustard seeds made up for the salty duck! Overall, a decent place for the price. I will definitely stop by the next time I’m in Soho.

My friend and I were in town for the weekend and found this restaurant on Unilocal while looking for brunch options. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the crab Benedict and my friend had the duck and waffle. Both were fantastic. Price was reasonable and waitress was extremely knowledgable, professional and engaged. Was very impressed by her. She was training a new guy and was doing an excellent job. If he follows her example, he will be great. We went at 11:30am on a Saturday. We made a reservation on Unilocal but I don’t think it would have been needed as it wasn’t too busy at that time but it was picking up as we headed out.

Very good place for brunch. At the first glance, the brunch seems to be expensive, $ 22 including a cocktail or OJ. However, the entrée itself was actually more luxury than other places, and most of items here can not be easily found in other places. I had the crab meat benefit, it was really great flavor, balanced, delicious, fresh crab meat too, definitely one of the top things I had for brunch. Good taste of interior design, spacious space, so you can have a good time with your group, it can accommodate 6ppl for us easily, nice location in a more quiet block in Soho, OJ is fresh and tasty too, we had a good time . My friend also ordered the duck confit, and the pie, we all finished, it’s that good.

Must try: Octopus, Fritto Misto, and all their pasta dishes. Casually elegant wine list. Intimate restaurant that is perfect for a close group of friends.

Cute place, good brunch menu. The duck with waffle was very good. Don’t give it a 5 star because they messed up with some orders but the food was good.

Totally awesome and unique brunch spot. They had a nice special; brunch entrée and a drink(alcoholic or non; Bloody Mary/mimosa or juice) for like 16 bucks I think. Bloody Mary was well made, very refreshing. Also ordered a latte that came in a smaller mug than I’m used to but wow it was great. I ordered poached eggs fungi and thick cut bacon over toast with cheese. Something like that anyway. It was DECADENT. I’ve never felt so guilty about eating a piece of bacon so thick. It was cooked perfectly– not chewy– and nice and smoky. Poached eggs were nice and runny and the mushrooms added a nice texture element. I think Gruyère was the cheese. She had scrambled eggs with lox. Pretty standard but also on point. We were stuffed! Great portions, smiling staff, and quality food! Definitely check it out while you’re in Soho!

I was walking around starving and ran across this place. What caught my eye was the duck and waffles. Surprisingly, I’m not a fan of waffles. So I had this poach duck egg and duck leg over waffles. It was SOOO good. Yummy. The maple mustard syrup was the finishing touch. With the tip it was about $ 28, not too bad. Great conversations around everyone was enjoying themselves. The décor was good, very clean and the service was very personalized(despite the server taking a bit longer to take my credit card). Very nice spot. I would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing spot! The food was fresh and great! It’s a cute little quaint spot that plays really relaxing music. It made me feel very comfortable and allowed for good conversation. The food isn’t priced high at all and what I loved was the coffee is always fresh, and they don’t fill up your coffee until you finish and they ask you every time :) Love this spot
