I ordered on GrubHub at 1:15. My food came at 2:45. When I called at 2 to ask about it, she told me «You are the last stop.» When I called back at 2:30, she didn’t put me on hold but ignored me for 10 minutes to take other people’s orders. No apologies or anything. The food was okay but the service was ridiculous.

I work in the area, so I have had a lot of the menu items. The vegetables are fresh, and the meat doesn’t feel like plastic. The flavor of even standard menu items like chicken and broccoli has a personalized touch as well. The staff is very friendly and is accommodating to your needs.

I don’t know what all the huffing and puffing is about this place. I’ve come here numerous times and the food is amazing! One of the better spots for asian food in the city. Reasonable prices and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely continue to come here.

A lunch special is about $ 8 with tax and without tip. I work at Bloomingdales so I’m always here. Sometimes the fried rice is a little dry. I do recommend the garlic shrimp with broccoli though.

Smells like sweaty puke. I got wonton soup which you wouldn’t think would be easy to screw up but alas this place did it. Disgraceful.

I ordered chicken in sweet chili sauce for take-out and it was an utter disappointment. Not a bad place for sushi though.

This review is for take-out. I just moved to New York, and in the midst of unpacking and assembling IKEA furniture, I forgot to eat. So handy-dandy Unilocal was immediately up and I looked for a place where I can order take-out on Unilocal and have it be ready immediately for pick up or delivery. I scrolled through the menu, and the Dinner Combos seem like amazing deals. I ordered the Beef with broccoli, which came with choices: a side(hot and sour soup), type of rice(fried rice). It also comes with some fried appetizer noodles and a fortune cookie. In any case, I arrive 5 minutes later. Everything was ready for me. It was already pre-paid. So it was a perfect in-out experience. They were super nice. When I got home, I laid everything out. The beef with broccoli was quite good, and well-portioned. They gave the right amount of fried rice, and the hot and sour soup was quite good as well. For $ 8.50, this is an awesome meal. They provided the utensils, sweet sauce, soy sauce in a ziploc bag inside the bag. I will be ordering from here again.

Recently they just got B from the department of health. No wonder this restaurant smells like rats house. No matter how hot it is outside they never turn on their AC :-(I guess they don’t have 1.

Chinese take-out food. Tasted normal but you can spend the same money on some much better food. Don’t want to re-visit it.

Horrible food, horrible service. Manager was disgustingly rude. «You don’t like it, you go some where else» her response to me for not liking my food. and still charged me full price.

A new establishment in the hustling fashion district. Chinese owned, I’m excited to have Hong Kong style type breakfast served at this place. I went there for lunch because they have an awesome $ 15 for $ 30 deal. I mean why not? Two people and lunch at $ 7.50 each, that’s standard price for the area. I had two of their dim sum apps to start: shrimp dumpling and the shumai. I thought the shrimp dumpling was well done and I’ve had better shumai. The bahn mi was delicious and I went with lemongrass chicken. Delish! I would order out here again for lunch as well. My gf got the steam bao with kimi and veggies and she loved it too. Also, don’t forget to check in. You get a free thai ice tea. I think this is family run because I see a grandma in there helping out(cute and nice lady). I would recommend a quick lunch with great lunch special options if you’re in the area. Service is good too.

Since moving to the area, this is my go to spot for Chinese food. Oddly, the reason why I like this place so much is because of a certain few dishes. The typical dishes such as ‘chicken and broccoli’ or ‘lo mein’ are actually quite subpar. However, there are some great dishes that makes this place stand out because of the location of this restaurant. Being on 59th st, I don’t expect to find traditional Chinese dishes when I want a quick-fix of food from my culture. Below are the list of items that I think are the best that this restaurant has to offer: –Fried Chicken Wings(best ones in the neighborhood from a Chinese restaurant) –Beef Stew with Potato(too plain and poor description of this dish… it’s actually a –Chinese Braised Beef Brisket simmered in ginger, garlic, dark soy sauces, five spice, etc) –and I can’t believe I can get this without having to travel to Chinatown –Chinese Broccoli –Fish in Basil Sauce –Crispy Shrimp with walnuts –General Tao’s Chicken(best version of one of my favorite American Chinese dish)

Kinda disappointed with this place honestly. It’s right near work for me and a lot of my coworkers like this place. Went here with a friend for a sit down dinner and the place is kinda sad looking. For an appetizer I got the crab Rangoon and it was pretty good but I could tell the pieces of crab that they used was the imitation crab that’s also used in their sushi and found that kinda gross. My friend got the California roll and said it was pretty good. For my entrée I got the vegetable noodle soup and it didn’t have much flavor and there was some onion skin in it which I found really gross and there was zucchini in it which I’ve never had in a veggie soup and it was just gross. The only thing I ate from my soup was the pieces of celery, carrots, and noodles. My friend got the boneless spare ribs and found them almost inedible. Her side of pork fried rice had no pork in it and was basically just white rice with soy sauce on it. No flavor whatsoever. Won’t be eating here again.

This place is the definition of decent… Nothing here will blow your socks off. The food is okay, the sushi is alright, and the soup is not bad. They have mad cheap lunch specials that keep this place busy during lunch hours but you can beat the wait by placing your order online. I work local to here sometimes and it’s one of the few places you can get in and out in 5mins(placing the order online) in the area for when you’re short on time. So basically, if you only have a few minutes and want to grab some food that will make you scream«Whatever»… Hit this place up.

It could have been 4 stars but they accommodate two tables before us(we got there before those two tables) and it makes me and my colleagues left out all of a sudden. But superb chinese food by lower east side and the price is okay.

Do you like lots of carrots and celery in your Chinese food? Grisly chicken? «Hot» in name only? This place is lousy. It is very frustrating that decent reviews caused me and others to spend our money and calories on this bland jank. Cheap Chinese can be a delicious guilty pleasure, but this is not it. One star for an edible egg roll and one star because the girl behind the counter is very nice. Sometimes you get what you pay for — here I think you get less.

$ 6.95 lunch special EVERYDAY from 11AM — 5PM. Take advantage of this SUPER deal everyday! Not that healthy, but as long as you have health insurance you should be ok! I ordered the pepper steak with white rice and egg roll. The egg roll came out first and then the main dish 20 minutes later– plain beef with squared cut green peppers and onions. Tasted subpar, however I did appreciate the server’s hard work manning all the tables by herself. Still 20 minutes is too long of a wait for Chinese. I take my earlier comment back back. The Chinese to-go places provide larger portions and cheaper prices. Asian Eatery is great for sit-down Chinese.

Alright, the best thing about this place is. hands down, the egg rolls. They are absolutely wonderful. Aside from that, this place is great because it has an extensive menu with just about anything you can think of. Orange chicken is on point. Come in at lunch time, it’s madness. Otherwise, it’ s a pretty mellow place to catch some good grubs.

Um. Sushi? Yeah they have it. I ordered two dragon rolls($ 11.95ea) and figured it would be enough for two people… dead wrong. These things were like the size of a regular California roll and could not even stuff a beanie baby for dinner. I had to actually end up ordering 4 orders of dragon roll, plus soups to fill us up. At ANY other Jap fusion or Jap place they would have given me a dragon roll that would have made me think twice about eating a single bite afterwards, but this place is seriously lacking in the quantity department. If you want sushi, go elsewhere. It tasted great don’t get me wrong… but just a rip off in terms of how much you get… EVENFORMANHATTAN!

Improbably cheap but decent eatery that does a bit of everything. I had a Szechuan chicken special that was pretty muted, and I discovered too late the bowl of hot stuff delivered on the side.
