Rosa is Aquastar! I had no idea what an excellent colonic place was till I met her. Her warmth, humor, personality and attentiveness continues to make every experience so comfortable for me. I have been going here for 6 years and I would follow her anywhere!!! She is so dedicated to her work and passionate about her clients’ health, but her warmth is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. THANK YOU ROSA!!!

Rosa of Aquastar is dedicated, compassionate, gentle, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been going for about two years now, and love having a clean and healthy colon. Aquastar has a machine that lets you see the accumulated waste coming out, and Rosa will explain what is going on, and how the cleansing is taking place. Her kind and reassuring manner makes this potentially uncomfortable experience as close to being actually pleasant as possible.
Rosa will also advise you how to prepare for your colonic and what to eat and drink the previous day. This is a great help in having a successful colonic.
I have been to other colonic spas, but have never experienced such a high level of care. I would enthusiastically recommend Aquastar to anybody.

Rosa is the most dedicated, thorough colonic professional in NYC. She is, in fact, brilliant. Compared to any other colonics, you will get well beyond your money’s worth. AquaStar-​NY offices are very clean and sanitary. Men 50+ and the rising cases of colon cancer make this the GoTo destination that is superior to all others in the city.

Rosaliya of Aquastar NYC is the best! Her demeanor, customer service, attentiveness and professionalism made my first experience amazing. The procedure is reasonably priced as I did research. She is passionate about her own health and her clients’ colon health as well. It’s not that they force you to buy packages, but if you do research you’ll find that one doesn’t solve the issue of cleansing. I had a three session package and I recommend juicing several days before that. No regrets and will be back again!

It’s a little uncomfy writing a review about colonics but I think the world needs to know about this place. I found this place after seeing the doctor the day before regarding bowel movement trouble and was advised to take mirlax and was sent home. Needless to say the mirlax didn’t work. Feeling extremely uncomfortable and desperate the next day I decided it would be wise to get a colonic for immediate relief.
I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Rosa who was able to see me the same day. We’re talking like within 30 minutes time. When I arrived it was a small office that seemed pretty clean and not too fancy.
Rosa made me feel very comfortable and she was extremely gentle. She placed hot rocks under my feet to help aide with the process. She spoke to me the entire time and made sure I was at ease. I even had the honor of seeing «IT» as it make its way out. I felt immediate relief and look forward to completing my the sessions with her.

They push you to buy packages that expire in three months (and they don’t tell you this at the time of purchase or warn you with a courtesy call when the expiration approaches)

I have been to many colonic therapists over the last few years, but not until now did I want to write a review.
Rosaliya of Aquastar NYC has to be one of the hardest working, dedicated colonic therapists out there!
Firstly, she makes what can potentially be an uncomfortable situation (the first time, anyway) as comfortable as possible. She’s like the old-​fashioned, doting mother everyone wishes for, who takes charge and makes sure you are well-​taken care of. Just as important, is Rosaliya’s dedication to providing the best service your money can buy, so that you leave your session feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and «lighter on your feet».
Rosaliya uses her skills of massage and acupressure techniques throughout the entire session, (not just at the end of a session, or «here and there»). She massages your abdomen to relax and stimulate the muscles in order to facilitate the best possible outcome for your body. She works hard every minute of your session. It’s clear that she takes her responsibility as a health provider very seriously.
if you never had a colonic, or have had a few, yet not been completely satisfied, before you give up on the whole «colonic concept», give Rosaliya a try! You won’t regret it!

I was here last Tuesday and have nothing but great things to say about this place! Easy to get to from within NYC or from NJ, great staff and extremely clean facility. It was a little Pricy at 120 per session but I will say I got what I paid for! I had the one on one attention or the practitioner who did not leave my side once for 45 minutes. She guided me through what can be an awkward experience with great detail. I left feeling great and with the knowledge to achieve better overall wellness. I can’t wait for my next appointment on Tuesday!
