When signing the lease: Unimpressed with them. Unwilling to talk about anything, pretty rude and insulting.
While leasing: Very very slow to repair things. I’ve had a bunch of issues, some recurring issues that were never fixed adequately. They don’t take responsibility for anything and they are not accommodating or polite about it. If there were no maintenance issues, I would have loved that apartment, but they simply don’t deal with things in any reasonable manner.
