had a 1:30pm appointment. it’s 9pm and they are still not here. this is not a real company. please heed my advice and never use these unprofessional a-​holes as all they’ll do is make you wait and be incredibly condescending and rude on the phone.

If I could leave no stars I would, but I can’t. So I called them up made an appointment, I packed everything up for them brought it close to the door the only thing they had to get that was couple of rooms away was the bedroom and couch. They told me it would be 95 dollars per hour oh and let’s not forget they didn’t have to pack what so ever, so the movers came and brought the stuff to my new apt. The 2 movers asked if they take one hour off the time would I tip them more so I said sure, when they received the tip they started speaking in Russian and I realized something wasn’t right they came at 5 pm to my house and I wanna say they finished at 9 maybe 10 ok no problem so that’s about 5 hours. 5 multiply $ 95 comes out to $ 475, they charged me $ 1,100. They each received a tip and they still weren’t happy. realizing I was in wrong by not getting a contract I had to wait for someone to bring me money because I only had a certain amount. I must say your workers suck, your policy is garbage and are they even insured, I can’t believe how rude and overly pricey it was but it was a learning experience, I hope no one ever uses this company because I don’t even believe it’s real anymore
