Great and friendly service. Was able to get me from my apartment to my new house very quickly.

Used All Around Moving last week to go from Gramcery to UES. Gabby gave quick quote on the phone and they had certificate of insurance which made the building happy. Prices are higher than some other movers, but they were far more professional on the phone and in person. No hidden charges or extras, and included some extra work for no charge.
Movers came 20 minutes late, but US Open traffic will do that, and they did call ahead to let me know. They were super fast and effecient at taking everything down, even re-​taped and wrapped extra stuff for no additional charge! Truly hard working and professional, they wouldn’t let me help with anything. They unpacked just as professionally and quickly.
I would recommend them and use them again

Started out fine in the planning, but when the move was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, it got ugly. This business obviously paid for their A+ rating at the BBB, because their business acumen is certainly not of that standard. They are a small time moving BROKER, not a moving company, which means they arrange for ANOTHER MOVER to move you… they only make phone calls, then charge outrageous deposits (which I assume are forwarded to whomever they hire to move you), never tell you said deposits are non-​refundable, then if by some chance you need to cancel (having never signed a contract), they keep your money. SUCH A SCAM. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

All Around Moving was hired to handle my interstate moving needs from New York City to Oakland Park, Florida All Around Moving picked up my belongings on Monday August 5^th and delivered them to my apartment home 20 days later-(Yes you read this part right 20 days later) On Sunday August 20^th the truck arrived with my belongings/​move. I hired this company only because after talking with a representative of the company a woman by the name of Gabby she highly emphasized that the moving company was Highly rated by the BBB and claimed that they were the official movers of NYC’s Mayor Michael Bloomberg and NYC City Hall. How much do I painfully regret ever listening to this woman from «All Around Movers» They did not even do the move themselves they hired a second party or «middle man» to do the physical moving and transporting the goods a company by the name of ADVANTAGE MOVING & STORAGE SERVICES, INC.
A very expensive Art piece/​painting was never delivered to my home and it looks like they lost the item for good or handed it to the wrong people and never to be found again.
I called several times to follow up on the status of my painting with no proper professional response from ADVANTAGE MOVERS & STORAGE SERVICES. One day I received on the mail a document explaining to me that I was entitled to a $ 60.00 refund for the loss of the painting (.10cents on the dollar) asking me to sign a document if I choose and agree to this «refund check» — but there was no such document enclosed inside the letter and once again «ADVANTAGE MOVERS» forgot to do their job properly that they can not even remember to enclose a simple piece of paper for their customer to fill out and sign. Then I had my attorney friend call on my behalf to speak with their claims department and a older man by the name of Vincent rudely and repeatedly started to yell over the phone and telling my attorney friend «…don’t start with that attorney garbage…, don’t give me that attorney garbage…»!!! on and on and would not let my attorney get a word out and he never got to speak to the claims department.
It has been 3 months since they picked up my belongings and 5 and half weeks since I reported the item lost with no resolution near .
I am considering this experience a complete painful very expensive loss and again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR MOVING SERVICES –NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Gabby was so helpful, thorough and exuded expertise in the moving business. She got back to me in a timely manor and sent the updated quote/​proposal immediately. She also took time to explain the entire process as I was moving from NY and had two pick ups in route to Denver. I would highly recommend using them.
