ALDO Shoes

Would like to comment on how nice the lay out of the store is. Was greeted with a friendly welcome within seconds of entering the store. I was originally helped out by a manager who was great, the sales the store had going on were so great that I came back and purchased more shoes the next day. The cashier Kayla was very knowledgeable and assisted me on ordering a pair of shoes that were not in stock. I look forward to buying more at this specific location

This is a standard Aldo location. If you can’t find something in this store, there is another Aldo nearby.
There is a great selection of sandals and high heels! When I can here today, there is a lot of color blocking and studded shoes.
Minus one star because their shoes are just so uncomfortable. They are super cute so I suck it up.
They have good sale items. Typically the prices are as marked (no need to do math).

Aldo is one of my favorite accessories shops, fo sho. But this particular location is a hot freakin’ mess. They’ve usually got a great selection of bags/​jewelry and sunglasses, but their customer service is seriously lacking.
I wandered in today and after a few minutes found myself with a basket of accessories to purchase.
I got in line. and waited. and waited. and waited. and waited. and finally I put back the accessories and left.
There was an entire store of employees {I counted 8} and only one girl at the cash register. While she helped a couple order shoes that weren’t available in the store the line continued to grow. There were three gals in front of me and another 2 behind. While we stood {patiently} waiting 4 employees wandered to and from the counter and the back room {and no they weren’t all grabbing shoes for customers}. Finally another employee stepped behind the counter, and I felt a glimmer of hope that she was going to open a register, but no. She looked at us standing in line, sang along to the song playing in the store, did her price check or whatever and walked away. Had I stayed, who knows when I would have made it out of there.
A little disappointed I didn’t end up making any purchases today, maybe I’ll try another store later in the week.
