HORRIBLESUSHI! Stay clear!!! I try not to leave horrible reviews like this but I can’t help it. I will give them two stars. All you can sushi with all you can drink alcohol… Doesn’t make up for the fact of how awful the sushi is… I came here with a large group(we made a reservation). The place was empty… And the staff was staring at us with an angry look.

Great experience. Really nice! Good food, good drinks, good price. $ 35 for 1 person: unlimited sushi, unlimited sake, unlimited beer. Typically they charge for leftover sushi. It is also between 6pm and 10pm for unlimited but if you are nice enough they will give you the unlimited rate after 12 noon. Bathrooms are clean and have basic amenities. No stars to take away.

The Pad See Eew Noodle lunch was good and the size for the price was ok — I think the for the quality and size its should have been $ 7 instead of $ 9. The Maki Combo B — I think the description is wrong, that or the spicy california roll was having a bad hair day — For the quality I think it should be $ 10 instead of $ 14 based on other sushi places in the city –I ordered delivery

I’d never ordered from this place before and saw it on seamless while I was at work on my lunch break. I was kind of in the mood for sushi but got really excited when I saw they had pad thi. Being that they had 5 stars on seamless I decided to try them out and I couldn’t be happier! I got a lunch special chicken pad thi that came with a side of vegetable fried rice and miso soup, everything is amazing! They really exceeded my expectations. Oh and they got here in about 10 minutes which was awesome. The price is great for the area and lunch in general as well. Definitely will be ordering again!

Decent Americanized asian food. They will not substitute anything, claiming the computer won’t accept it. Price was ok for the area. Food is better than the take out places in the area.

An average at best quick stop no frills restaurant. Place has that dated eighties look to it as you sit — eat — and go. Ordered from the«Kitchen Lunch Box» menu which gives you a bit of variety. Included soup choice was«Hot and Sour» which was good and the highlight of the meal. Also included — the four(4) piece California Roll which tasted a bit stale and packaged. The Salmon Teriyaki was dry and difficult to eat. Better and more comfortable restaurants of this kind are available. Keep searching…

3rdSTRIKE… YEROUT!!! It’s been months since I’ve had to get on Unilocal to write a review. I would be doing NYC a diservice if I didn’t warn them about this absolutely horrible place. I have no officially tried every style of cuisine on the menu from Sushi, to Chinese, to Thai. I’m wondering if Agoda actually stands for roadkill or garbage, because that’s exactly the quality they’re serving you. This place is just bad all around. I just spent $ 13 on takeout in what was my last attempt at finding a saving grace for this establishment. I took one bite, put the lid back on, and got on the computer to finish this brief review. I am now going to post and wonder for another 10 minutes to try and get something decent and tasty to eat around here. The rest of you have been warned! As for Agoda, WTF? R u Serious!!!

I ordered takeout from this place expecting the typical mediocre American pan-Asian type place. But this is so so so much worse than that!!! I was seriously so appalled by the food when it arrived that instead of forcing it down I created a Unilocal account. So, the food. The wonton soup was bright yellow clear liquid, lacked any discernible flavor, and the wonton skin super thick and undercooked. The dumpling skin was also very undercooked and the meat strangely pink. I didn’t try the fried rice but it looked like slightly browned rice with a few strips of limp chicken, no vegetables or anything. I don’t understand how this place could possibly be open still? Maybe their other cuisines are their specialty(I hope…) but there’s still no excuse for the extremely evident lack of effort in the food I had today.

Ordered takeout, beef udon. No flavor, low quality meat. I’ve put 2 packets of soy sauce in and it still has no flavor. Way too expensive too. Never again

I think the reason this restaurant gets poor reviews is really a matter of incorrect expectations. If you walk into the abundantly-decorated space, in lower Manhattan, and expect food and service similar to a high-end restaurant, you’re going to be disappointed. If you compare this place with the entire NYC Asian food curve, this place is actually pretty good. Agoda is a jack-of-all-asian-foods, master of none. Any place that claims to serve Chinese/Japanese/Thai all under the same roof is not going to do any of the three exceptionally. Of course you’re going to get better Chinese food in Chinatown, but how many places can you NOT say that about? There are hundreds of better places for sushi in Manhattan, but I found the sushi here fine — when adjusted for price. The staff is curt and perhaps a bit light on their English, but otherwise okay. This place is really a downtown transplant of the kind of place you’d expect in the outer boroughs or suburbs — perhaps even with a touch of plexiglass. However, I’m happy with that and will be back whenever I’m not willing to trek up to Chinatown, or am feeling budget-conscious. It’s the best«Asian take-out» place in the area. The critique of the wonton soup is correct though; the wontons are okay, the broth is not worth finishing.

this restaurant completely sucks ! i am surprised it has not been shut down by the fda by now. i ordered dinner from here once and i found multiple staples in each one of my dishes. i would never recommend anyone to go here. the staff is rude as well. when i called them to give my money back with the pictures, they would cooperate with me ! finally i had to call my credit card company to not honor my payment for this atrocious dinner. wasted my 50 bucks. never again. please dont give them any business !! i wish i could give them negative stars.

This restaurant is really horrible. The staff is rude on multiple levels. The food is not edible and looks slightly off. The restaurant lacks a décor. I have been here on numerous occasions, and the staff has been either extremely unwelcoming, or they have been blatantly rude. I used to call for pick-up, and there was one time when I went to pick up my lunch order, which came with a side of miso soup. When the total price came out more than what I normally pay, I realized that they had added another order of miso soup, and the cashier woman insisted that she repeated the order over the phone. I said I didn’t confirm another order of miso soup, and she automatically became frustrated and muttered in Chinese(which I heard lucidly), «he doesn’t even know how to listen.» Any person with a brain and who could understand what she said would have been automatically offended, and I was outraged that this woman said that to me, assuming that I didn’t understand Chinese. Bottom line, if this woman worked the kitchen, she’d be the one spitting in your food. As someone who is Chinese American, and who also speaks Chinese, I am appalled that this restaurant exists to represent my culture. The food is really awful here, and you have to be careful of what you order. The wonton soup(the simplest soup to make) comes in a highlighter yellow colored broth. I have no idea what that broth is made of, but they also use the same broth for their chicken noodle soup. It has no flavor, and I am hesitant to even ask the staff what’s in the broth, fearing that it may be something you find out of Breaking Bad. I’m really surprised that this restaurant is still around. Chinatown is only a 10 min. walk or one subway station away. I would suggest going to any Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. The food will be phenomenally better and be cheaper than this dump. Beware of that highlighter yellow broth!

Soup and food were great, however I dont like finding hair in my meal. The manager was amazing though and took $ 5 off my $ 8+tax meal. Won’t be back and that sucks
