Went here for 4 weeks since I had a knee and ankle injury. I would not recommend. There is no one in particular supervising exercises and each week I had to remind the staff of my injuries to get the proper massage and therapy.
There’s supposed to be a therapist for each appointment, in my case a man named Alex. He was there maybe twice to say hello but never to do his job. I told him that the expectation was for him to treat me and give attention, but he said there was no time for that. Essentially, this guy expects to get paid for doing nothing!
I found another therapy place and never came back. It’s just AWFUL service!
