I used Acecape for many years. It seemed to work well enough, until something went wrong. Our service was disconnected sooner than it was supposed to be. As a long time customer with a perfect payment record, one would think that they would do whatever is necessary to rectify their critical mistake. All they could say is that there nothing they can do. It was going to take two weeks to restore service.
The manager Eugene was smug and unhelpful.
So the bottom line is, get your service somewhere else… ANYWHERE ELSE. I look forward to meeting him in person, with them as defendants.

This is the absolute worst phone company I have ever dealt with. The employees have no idea what they are doing, they are rude, it’s a total scam. Your phones will never work, and when you call to report your non-​working phones they will blame it on your internet provider and offer no solution. This company is corrupt and they operate in an illegal manner.

Acecape, aka AceDSL, is simply the best ISP in the known universe. They don’t block ports, they don’t play games with BitTorrent, and they are among the most reliable I’ve ever used.
