ABC properties is a great management company to rent an apartment from.
I find everything about dealing with them easy.
On a sidebar I have to say that I called them with an issue that I had and they were on it faster then any apartment management company I ever dealt with.
It must be hard to deal with all types of people that rent property from you, from people late with rent, people with impossible demands and all sorts of personalities. ABC hires some very nice people that are up to the task.
My 1st nice experience with ABC was with Cammi Marlin now of Imaac realty. She was then and is now a great help if you need a rental apartment or want to buy place to live.
