Amazing customer service — Arnold(the clerk) knows all of his customers by name and is super friendly. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Always get my laundry back in great condition, neatly folded, minimum hassle. It’s nice to go to a cleaners where people are friendly and your property is taken great care of. I’ve tried all of the cleaners in my neighborhood before I found this place, and I’m sticking to them!

The clerk is very friendly and remembers you as a customer every time. Their prices are good and the results are on par with the best places in the EV. Have tried others but I always come back to them.

I brought my dress in because it smelled from a normal night out. I got it back still smelling. When I asked the lady why it still smelled, she replied with«dry cleaning does not get rid of smells» OK… so why did I just pay $ 9.50 to get my dress back in the same condition?

Cheap, fast, friendly service. I’m always in and out of there effortlessly. The guy in front is very nice and will start to remember you/your typical preferences after several visits. To be fair, the Dion cleaners across the corner of Ave A is probably similar but I have found this place a bit better with turnaround. They also accept credit card for anything $ 10+.

This is my go-to laundry place. Oh, how I miss my in-unit washer and dryer!!! If you drop off before 10am, they can turn around your laundry same day. If you stop near closing time, most likely they will only accept cash. I go often enough that the clerk knows my name and is generally friendly. They also take care of your clothes here — thanks, really, for not blasting the high heat and turning my blacks grey.

DONOT use AAA Cleaners. My first time as a customer, they ruined a piece of my clothing, lied to me about it, refused to reimburse me, and offered a discount on future services instead. Terrible customer service and shady business practices.

«Friendly, fun and cheap… but its not really that dodgy» This is my go to neighborhood dry cleaner and laundry since I moved to my apartment in the East Village 6 months ago. It took me nearly 9 months to find my apartment and really found the place that suited me. Like your home, I feel that anyone who touches your underwear you should feel extremely comfortable with and develop a good bond over time. So after trying maybe 5 places in the ‘hood even one that is located directly below my apartment, I lug my usually 20 lbs+ laundry here every 10 days. Yes, I like it that much. It’s clean, super accommodating, and welcoming. They will do small repairs on clothes if necessary. I have to admit I have never put them to the test with a stain on my favourite, most expensive piece of clothing yet, but I feel that they might succeed. So far, I have had nothing but top quality from them, every item coming back clean and neat. Pros: — The prices are really good. 80 cents a pound for laundry and $ 1 for separation is about par for the East Village. However, as a guy, I really appreciate the the washes, ironed and hung on a hangar shirts a really amazing deal at $ 1 each. — No matter the day, the clerk is super friendly and easily remembers you as a customer –Prompt delivery on request Cons: — They don’t have same day turn around service since nothing is on site.
