This farmers markets is small but has all your basics covered for food. If you are used to the big markets in upstate New York, you will be a tad disappointed. But once you hover around for a while you will realize it doesn’t really lack anything. They have couple of fresh produce stalls, bread, seafood, preserves and pies. Its a great addition to the neighborhood. ** Sundays only from 10am –4pm

Solid market, but a bit smaller. If it’s all the same in terms of walking distance, etc., the 82nd Street market is a better option, but for those who want a Sunday market or who live in the high 90’s, this one definitely suffices.

Love when this Greenmarket is in the neighborhood. Not the biggest market, but has a really nice selection of vegetables, fruits, baked goods, locally caught seafood, and eggs. Can score some quality vegetables and goods here at a decent price. Most of the products come from upstate farms and seafood from Suffolk fisheries. Feels good to support the little guys and small farms rather than the big overpriced supermarket chains. Open Sundays from 6⁄19 to 12⁄18 this year. Usually 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
