Loyal customer of 13 years of flawless service. Will never go back after recent irresponsibility and layers of lies. The building is coming down for a development and they’re off their game — don’t be surprised when you show up and gate’s down for good — with your garments inside. Sorry CC, you get the respect you give. Good luck.

This place is THEWORST. Only go here if you don’t value your clothes. I had been going to this cleaner for a while and then my comforter got completely ruined and CC accepted no responsibility, told me that’s how it was brought into her and that it was old. The comforter was 4 months old and they must have washed it in a top load washer instead of a front load(which was the whole reason I brought it there in the first place — I have a top load washer). And the inside batting got completely twisted and ruined. When I asked her to either fix it for me or pay for me to get a new one she flipped out and tried to tell me that sometimes people make mistakes and that I shouldn’t be mad because they were doing their best. She told me she would try to fix it, and she did nothing to it but wash it again and then I never got my money back. Terrible experience. I have no choice but to go buy a new comforter now because they twisted and tore up my $ 300, 4 month old comforter.

The positive, The lady is very pleasant. The negative… The folding was horrible! Everything was wrinkled. Socks were paired that weren’t even close to being the same. One sock was even left inside out. We are missing 5 socks — and now how 5 odd socks, with no mates. We paid for 33 pounds of laundry to be washed, dried, and folded. We had to fold everything ourselves! Live and learn!

When they’re good they’re great! UNTIL. .. something happens. We have been using this dry cleaner for a few years, and like the other reviewers have stated. .. they’re the cheapest in town, incredibly expedient and good at what they do,(except for missing /damaged buttons here and there, or other minor issues — which we too, ‘deal with’). CC is very friendly when she greets you at their door, and does in fact remember many of the patrons names, even if she sees us only once a year(because of pick-up and drop-off service), but don’t cross her path. Like many of us, she is very stubborn, and even when wrong, won’t back down, and takes it a step further, getting downright nasty. Not exactly the way you expect to be treated as a customer, let alone one that sends so much business their way. I had sent a dress to her on 3 occasions. Each time, she charged regular price. This time, she charged me 1⁄3 the price I paid for the dress!!! She insisted that the trim was leather — which the label clearly identifies as polyurethane(not leather). After my husband brought the dress into her store to show her the label cleary states it’s not leather, she changed her claim that it had to be specially cleaned because the label says«professional dry clean», and that his wife(me), shouldn’t be buying clothes like this if I didn’t want to pay a premium for dry cleaning. Have you ever taken a look at the cleaning instruction labels on your clothes? ½ of mine say«professional dry clean», half say just«dry clean». What’s the difference? I presume that those that have extra room will say«professional», those that don’t will just state«dry clean». Exactly what service are they providing if they are not professionally dry cleaning our clothes? CC’s pat answer when things go wrong — is to go somewhere else, which we do for a while, but then miss the great prices, and after 6 – 12 months find ourselves going back.

The prices are great, especially in this area. The owner is very nice. I have taken my shirts and pants and my girlfriends dresses and never had a problem. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because some of my shirt sleeve buttons have been damaged. However, I have had this happen at several cleaners so I just deal with it.

Amazing! CC provides top of the line customer service. She will remember your name and the turnaround times are phenomenal. Great prices for Manhattan, paired with the service, this is the best cleaners around. Make sure to separate whites and colors and give clear instructions for best results.

Definitely the cheapest dry cleaner in the area, I wish they hadn’t ruined my dress. I brought in a $ 200 silk dress and the chemicals they used were to harsh and it bleached all of the color out. The woman(CeCe) said that was the original color. Lame excuse considering the zipper was now 5 shades darker. I probably would have let it slide, but she was unapologetic and kind of a jerk about it. I told her that I wanted to give them a second chance but I wanted some kind of reimbursement. She didn’t even offer to give my money back for the dry cleaning charge. My advice– if you go, don’t take anything that can’t be replaced and don’t expect any kind of apology or remorse.

CC runs this place and is exceedingly nice. She knew my name by the second time I visited. Very reasonably priced Manhattan cleaners. The laundry isn’t folded very well, but the prices and hospitality make up for it.
