212 Modern Furniture Warehouse

Scammers !! Be aware!
First of all 212 Modern Furniture DO NOT HAVE A VALID COI (certificate of insurance). Without this insurance, your building wont let them deliver you furniture. 212 Modern Furniture submitted a fraudulent documents to my building and they denied them.
Second their customer service does not exist! 212 modern, Eddy the owner and my sales person Jay is never available to talk to you and help you out. 212 modern do not respond to their emails and just don’t give a crab about their customers. I was talking to Jay earlier today and he was suppose to email me a receipt and he just said «we can’t do anything for you» and hang up on me. DO NOT DEAL WITH 212 MODERN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM“
3^rd their price is about 30% higher than everyone else and they add taxes, delivery and assembly fees in the end. In the very end sofa was never delivered because lack of proper paperwork and to this day i never received a refund from them. I will have to file a policy report against them!!! The worse experience i ever had with sales person Jay, owner Eddy and 212 Modern all together DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

We ordered a beautiful Innovation sofa bed on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. They were the only furniture store having a cyber-​week special and were very very accommodating and helpful. Sometimes I feel like there is no sense of customer service left in this country and Ed, the salesman that helped me over the phone, restored my faith in humanity. Thank you guys! We love it and delivery was super fast! (and free!)

The pieces aren’t going to knock your socks off. Lots of mid century knock offs. The store is easy to navigate and walk around. Prices are reasonable and the sales guy was familiar with the pieces. (wear and longevity of the furniture). Delivery was convenient and on time. No complaints.
