I took my family to this for the pumpkin patch. I was terribly disapointed but we tried to make the most of it. First, you couldnt park near the facility… even if you’re handicapped, you’re SOL. The place is small and had very little to do. The pumpkin patch was sparce. The hayride was so short and so slow. just lame. It mustve drove half a block and turned around a little circle and back to where it started. Payment came with a wristband and a mini pumpkin. They had face painting, picture area, 2 bounce houses, pumpkin patch, misc backyard games like bean bag toss, and the hayride. This is ideal for family with a toddlers but any older not so great. My 8 year old liked it but my 10 and 17 yr were ready to go. The older ones wanted to rent a bicycle. I gave 2 stars bc it is good enough for toddlers and my youngest did try make the most of it. But truthfully, my money could have gone to better use at lafraneire park’s park a boo. Lessoned learned.

This review is for their seasonal pumpkin patch/activity area that runs from Oct 3rd-25th. From what I can tell, this is their 1st year with such an attraction and there is ALOT of room for improvement if not growth. First off, they have one line and one attendant collecting money and forms for all of their rentals plus the patch. Which equates to at any given time about 30 people standing in line with young, impatient children. I felt bad for the attendant, who was obviously overwhelmed with all the multitasking. ALMOST bad enough to forgive them the guy for being incredibly rude, but there was no excuse for his level of unprofessionalism. Kids can pay one price for a wristband which includes all the activities, a hayride, and one mini pumpkin. The day we went, they were out of minis so took $ 1 off the price. Great except that we had prepaid online. Basically, sucks to be us. Paid the regular price for no pumpkin and we still had to wait 30 minutes in line. You can pay 6 – 15 dollars for a regular sized pumpkin, but I would rather buy one from a local school or church and use my money to support them. Also, most of the activities are set up for kids under 7. My preteens were bored out of their minds in 20 minutes, less time than it took to stand in line. Bottom line-save yourself the money and hassle of this place and go somewhere the whole family can experience fall fun or at least walk away with a decent gourd!
