The fan in my laptop stopped working and I kept getting error messages that I couldn’t stop. I called a few different places but their estimates for the cost of the repair were all a little extreme. I called Dave and he let me order the part and when it came in, I brought my laptop to him. He was cool enough to have me meet him after business hours at his home to fix it the day the part came in. Rates were reasonable and the service was great. All payments were handled over pay pal which is convenient for me. Will definitely use again for any computer needs!

After spilling coffee all over my computer, they were able to take a look at it immediately. They were very honest with me and told me that they could try to repair it, but there was no guarantee that it would actually work. I was able to receive a copy of all the data on my computer, and they were able to work around my schedule. Great people to work with!

I live right in the French Quarter, and couldn’t believe the limited options for computer repair in biking distance. There were a few places with terrible reviews, and just two with good reviews. I chose techNOLAgy Solutions to repair my laptop, which looked like it had fallen down five flights of stairs — cd rom drive broken, hinges broken, housing coming apart, wires sticking out and broken (wire to power supply is what finally put it completely out of commission). We probably would have just bought another one, but we had neglected to back up our files (of course). Dave told me what I suspected — he didn’t think it was feasible to repair it, but he would take a look, and at least pull copies of files on our hard drive. His next call to me was that it wasn’t as bad as it looked, and had just taken him a couple of hours to repair. Saved me hours of time, and hundreds of dollars shopping for and setting up a new computer. Thanks Dave!

A while back I was having problems with my PC. Since Dave lives in my neighborhood, (I did not know him) I called him. He was able to come to my house promptly. He checked out my computer problems and with his technical knowledge and experience he was able to determine how to fix it in a short period of time. and it works fine now. His rates are reasonable and Dave is a nice guy. He has earned my trust and respect and I would not hesitate calling him again!
I highly recommend him to solve your computer problems!
