Rude, rude, rude!!! Needs customer service training. Opens at 8:00 and was still closed at 9:00. Employee came to door and said they would open when they have bread and closed the door

You know you’re in the wrong place when you walk in for lunch and the sandwich person looks up from her magazine and says «…yeah?»
Seems like a third world country establishment. What I might expect at a subway in Columbia.
Depressing. Dirty. Non-​existent customer service.

This is a clean Subway with great tasting sandwiches and a friendly and helpful staff. I had the opportunity to work with them to fill multiple large catering orders over the course of several days. They were fantastic! Their management definitely went out of their way to provide quick and courteous communication and service. Thank you for an excellent customer experience. My staff really enjoyed their sandwiches this week. It was a pleasure working with you!

We stopped at three different Subway shops during our stay in New Orleans. This was the best. They didn’t scrimp on the condiments, the staff was friendly, and they had everything on the menu available for purchase.

This Subway is the BEST! Management is awesome, employee’s are so friendly & they also have the avocado mash all the time! Thankful I only work 2 blocks away — I’ll always be visiting this location if I can help it! Keep it up y’all!

People are friendly. Sandwiches are the standard subway faire. A bit pricier than the subways in the rest of the city but that can be chalked up to being in the french quarter. Restroom available.

Who doesn’t like Subway? This is the closest to my job. Sometimes they get real busy. They will take orders over the phone if you sweet talk ‘em. I just bring my bike inside pick up my samich and boom back to work.

This Subway location is easy to get to if you are parking along the river near the French Quarter. Clean location, restroom available for tourists, plenty of seating.
Not sure at what point the TCBY was affiliated with this location, but it nowhere to be seen!
