Definitely was a party going on… This place is always packed. There are always events going on like a class reunion after party, family party, etc. There are always something going on. I enjoy the vibe and everything with it. I have to say it looks fun. However, the people are always clubbing and partying and enjoying the DJ. I also loved the wing place onside the place and it taste pretty delicious.

This place just may be my new place to hang out in NOLA when I am there. This place is for the Grown and Sexy(30 and up), which is my type of place. I read that the food is good. However, I have not tried anything yet(I am going too, promise). The music is a mixture of old school and new school; R&B, Rap, Jazz, and Pop. The dance floor is large enough to do the«Cupid Shuffle» with about 50 people. The parking is a bit challenging, because it is located on a corner with no parking of it’s own. Everyone parks on the neutral ground or along side the street. I will go back soon, to try their food. Check it iout. You will not be disappointed.

Bad neighbor, no parking! These dirtbags and their low life patrons park illegally everywhere and litter our neighborhood. We’ll be taking pictures to add to our reviews(and send to the City) so you can see what poor neighbors they are. Please do not support this business.

Thursday night visit. Music, on point. Captain Charles is always on his shit. Drinks… A-1! Food… both thumbs down! Chargrilled oysters were so small, about the size of the tip of my thumb! Really?! Chicken and fish both cooked from frozen. No bueno! If ur coming for music and drinks it’s a great spot, but eat before you come. Just a suggestion.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spice for a performance on a Friday night for a performance. It’s truly a nice environment at Spice. The crowd seems to be 25 and up, which I prefer, with the major in the 30 range. Great performances. On Fridays there tend to be live performances, specifically local musicians that are phenomenal. The food is exceptional. There are food specials during the week, including a $ 5 plate special on Fridays. I enjoy their fish, which you must try if you visit this place. The drinks are good, before(7pm I believe) there are 2 for 1 drink specials. This is a great place if you want some low-key enjoyment. Note: The later in the evening it gets the more the parking struggle can be. It’s close to two other night spots. So be aware of that. If no parking on the side of Spice, try to park across the street on the side by McDonalds. Definitely worth the visit.

Went to this spot on a whim today on the way to do some work, and I was delighted to get graced with a complimentary fish plate. What a treat. Did I mention that they had 2 for 1 drink specials too? Definitely pleasant treat for a Friday evening. I ended up meeting the owner and his wife. Awesome couple with big hearts, We sat down and chatted. Passionate guy, really concerned about pleasing his patrons. I say check this place out. Food is decent and it’s filled with good spirit. ;-)

New bar/restaurant for locals. Formerly Pampys. Went to this spot on Friday night with my lookalike and we enjoyed the southern bites. Jambalaya, wings, red beans, and drinks. I plan on going back to catch a ladies night on Thursday or maybe Saints game. Not that big on the inside but c’mon son support your neighbor.
