My refrigerator is just shy of one year old and the ice maker stopped working. The warranty people set up the repair with Solar. The technician, Presley, called before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Although he did not have the part in his truck, he was back in 2 days to finish the repair (Friday to Monday). He even leveled the refrigerator so the doors were even. This was not done when it was originally delivered. I would definitely recommend this company and Presley to my friends.

Very happy with solar alternatives. They installed my panels about a year ago and my bills have dropped significantly. They also walked me through how to deal with the tax incentives and have been very responsive when I have called with random questions during the year. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to family. Thanks!

The install team showed up on time did a great job and cleaned up after.
