While I had a professional experience and was very happy during my first visit, my second visit became a bit of a nightmare. During a routine extraction, Dr. Soileau accidentally damaged a nerve in my face causing Bell’s palsy and permanent damage. For months I could not speak clearly and half of my face was paralyzed. I’m a tour guide, being able to communicate is essential to providing an income. I lost a lot of work. To be fair, Dr. Soileau referred me to an ENT and seemed concerned, although she accepted no responsibility. It seemed pretty obvious that the palsy and the nerve damage were linked to to Dr. Soileau; in fact this is what I was told by several doctors. I’ve paid thousands for an extraction and two cleanings. There was a $ 400+ balance remaining and I was told by several sources that I should communicate with Dr. Soileau’s office about paying the balance when the error during the procedure ended up costing thousands of dollars in lost income. I just received a nasty«collection notice» in the mail. Not once was there acknowledgment of the incident, or the fact that my face still(7 months later) has nerve damage and partial paralysis. Sorry, not paying the Doctor that botched a simple extraction and cost me a lot of money. I’ll be sending her a bill from an attorney. You’ve been warned.

Dr. Soileau and her staff are great! Extremely thorough and friendly. They make sure that patients understand what products to use and how to best care for their teeth. They even have a cookbook they give to patients with things they can eat after dental surgery! Excellent experience, highly recommend.
