Nice courtyard space with amazing environment. The food was great (especially the bluesy wings), however the band was not exactly what I was expecting. Great place to eat, but the music not so much.

Ms Jean is absolutely delightful !! She is so warm and welcoming to all who enter. The charbroiled oysters were very tasty, with the only complaint being that a few were a bit small, leaving one to wish they were more, lol, which I believe is a complaint that any business would love lol. Also kudos to Ms. Joyce in the kitchen, for her «to die for» shrimp & grits!

We decided to travel to New Orleans for our honeymoon. On our very first night we discovered Miss Jean’s. We enjoyed great drinks, service, and music. We returned our third night, fourth night, and last night. On our last night, Miss Jean treated us to a glass of champagne when she found out we were on our honeymoon. The bartenders are all incredibly friendly. Miss Jean’s felt like our home away from home. I wish I could take them with us back to Wisconsin. We will most definitely be returning to New Orleans and our first stop will be Miss Jean’s.
