The little young girl at the front desk doesn’t know how to talk to people. She just started at the end of last year and I cringe when I know I have to talk to her whether it’s in person or on the phone. It’s like speaking to a robot with no signs of sympathy, empathy, you name it. I would not recommend this place especially if you want to be treated with respect. I call and call asking for information for my family and all I get is a little girl with an attitude problem. I can’t wait until I don’t have to deal with them anymore. You would think someone at a doctor’s office would like all people and will find a way to help anyone out. Well that’s not the case in general and especially not here. On a good note I did like Michael the technician there and the nurse practitioner Lisa. Just this one young girl made the whole experience terrible. I hope Dr. Johnson reads this and take this into consideration.
