Seven years ago my husband went to Jack Sutton’s jewelry store in New Orleans with an idea for a design for an engagement ring. Jack Sutton himself worked with my husband to design a custom platinum engagement ring. The result was exactly what my husband wanted and more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The ring had very small prongs, a beautiful antique style setting, a thin band with pave stones, and a beautiful diamond. Then, my husband went back to Jack Sutton to have a matching wedding band made.
Fast forward seven years and I unfortunately lost my rings. I knew the only way to have my rings recreated was to contact Jack Sutton. This time, I worked with a wonderful woman named Jewel who communicated with me via phone and email (as I live six states away) to recreate my rings. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and hard working. She was also an excellent middle woman to have between myself and the insurance company. In only two months, I was amazed to receive rings equally beautiful to my original rings.
