We’ve had Uverse for just over a year and I cannot recommend them. They charged us $ 100 for the router and a year later the router dies for no reason and they are charging us another $ 100 for another one– which will not arrive for several days– so another several days without internet. the only other option is to pay a guy $ 150 plus the $ 100 for the router to come hand it to us. It’s crazy, the customer service is awful and they really, really don’t care. Also the bill is not what they tell you t will be, it’s much higher.
GO with someone else, these guys do not appreciate their customers.
