Received amazing service at this location. I needed an iPhone 5 charger, both the cord and the plug in part. Unfortunately they had just sold the last set with plug in. As I was checking out one of the associates ran to the back and gave me an extra plug in they had! Thank you!

This store provided me with the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I recently underwent a somewhat bizarre episode of identity theft in which my account was fraudulently ported from AT&T to a series of other carriers in an effort to accomplish who knows what. Once I arrived at this AT&T Store to deal with the issue I was immediately assisted. As the representative(Brittany) worked through the problem with me(which turned out to be quite complex and time-sensitive given the element of fraud) several other representatives joined in the effort. The team went way beyond the standard of customer service to help me by communicating with their personal industry contacts to determine how best to solve my problem. Despite reaching a point at which it looked like I’d have to file a court order in order to proceed(and be phoneless for who knows how long), the team didn’t give up and ended up pulling off a veritable act of telephonical wizardry to resolve the problem before it was too late. It was like watching an episode of MacGyver. Not only did the team save me a massive headache and potentially a serious sum of money, they handled the problem in a way that was calming and reassuring. These are good people who care a lot about their customers.

Visited this AT&T store. 4 employees and 4 customers in the store. Only 1 customer being attended to. 3 customers on the waiting list and 3 employees running around(1 signing people in and 2 setting up a display).

Wow. I had a completely different experience when I went in. I recently switched to AT&T & in less than a month the camera button broke on the new phone. I took it into this location and it was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The first thing I noticed was that the whole tiny place reeked of fried chicken, someone must have had it for lunch but smelling fried chicken in a cel phone store is still kind of off-putting. There were at least 5 women behind the counter and one other customer besides myself. A woman restocking shelves assured me someone would be right with me. So I stood at the counter watching a saleslady behind the counter try & wake up her boyfriend from the landline. Another woman finally turned around and asked me how she could help. I told her about my camera issue & without another word, she turned around & began flipping through papers. She then handed me a slip of paper with a number on it & told me to call it & file a claim. She’d already turned her back again when I recalled that when I bought the insurance, one of the plus sides was that they’d give you a loner until the new one came. I mentioned this to her as a last ditch effort and got a smirk & a raised eyebrow, «Don’t know who told you that but you at the wrong location.» Awesome, thanks. I’d rather never take another picture on my phone again than have to go back in there.

This review is totally for customer service at this particular store, not AT&T wireless service itself. I had to switch to a family plan, upgrade my phone and purchase two additional phones. I knew how annoying this was going to be so after stopping at one mall kiosk and talking to an AT&T rep for two seconds, I procrastinated for two more months! As soon as I walked in Michaelyn offered to help me, there was no waiting for assistance at all. She walked me around to look at the different phones. Then she helped find a phone for me that would be simple enough for my mother to use. Another representative that was working, Erica, chimed in with her opinion of the phone and they went and got a different phone for me that was easier to use, but better quality. Michaelyn then opened all three phones for me and tested them, then applied the screen covers and cases. She was also a huge help answering all and every question about the family plan for me. An added bonus, while Michaelyn was doing this, Erica and I were discussing how much we both spoil our dogs! Added bonus! The entire experience was SOMUCH less painful than anticipated and I believe thats only because of the location I went to. The whole store was laid back and friendly and you could really pick up that the employees enjoy working with each other, there was just a really good dynamic or feel in that store. If you do have AT&T, I would highly recommend conducting any business at this particular store. They were so nice, I might go back with questions, just to hang out for another hour!
