Bad service. Charged 500 $ to clean 3 carburetors. Most shops charge about $ 250~. Also asked them to check out my motor in a general sense. They didn’t do this and they ran the motor without gear oil to test. When confronted about this, my safety was threatened verbally and physically. The only thing they are good for is if you live close and need small parts for a specific fix you are doing yourself. Other than that, avoid like the plague, there are MUCH better repair shops.
PS — the person who does the actual repairs is the employee with the bad temper who threatened me. Everyone else there was decent towards me, even if their prices are ridiculous.

Horrible dealership. First it took two weeks for them to get back to me. When they finally did, they were so rude. He cursed me out and argued with me because he did not want to share prices. He ended the conversation by saying come in or go to another dealership. Of course my money is good everywhere and I did go to bent marine for a better quality of service and product. I never experienced anything like it, be aware of this type of peanut operations they are running their. I have to say I rather it happened to me before I spent the money because I can imagine the experiences I would have had for any servicing.

Family boat dealers. They sell Nautic Star a high quality boat. They have good serive. Almost all staff is family. They’ll take care of you.
