Service is great, beer is cold and out to you in a hurry, but food is subpar. Had the pulled pork mac ‘n cheese and it was barely warm and pork that lay atop was a joke. Def a place to chill and dose up on cold ones, but not the place for even decent cuisine. Sorry, not sorry.

Chose this place because it was close to an area I was shopping at. I ordered a salad and my husband the street tacos. It was average which would have been a 3 but I downgraded them to a 2 when they charged me .50 when asked for extra cheese(which was barely an ounce).

This place is alright as far as these type of bars go, but the food is not great, and neither is the service. There is a bit of a… sad vibe in here. Lots of dudes eating mediocre food with scantily clad skinny young girls walking around. We ordered wings to start, which were ok. No house — made sauces here, but they were crispy and hot. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and a Cesar salad, and hubby ordered the stuffed chicken breasts. Meh. If we’re going to do the chain bar thing, we’ll just stick with B Dubs or Bar Louie.

Bad food, bad service. Looks like they have a good beer menu and TV’s everywhere. If I was a twenty something, single and without kids, I’d go here with a bunch of friends and hit on the staff. But I’m not. Not my kind of place

Very rarely do you get to enjoy a fine dinning experience that you know you will never forget. This was no where near one of those experiences. I have been to other Tilted Kilt locations but never one in MI so me and my buddy figured we’d give this place a try. My first visit may be my last, the décor was pretty average for a chain restaurant. We went on a Saturday night around 8:20 and it was not very busy at all. We got seated right away. This was not the cleanliest establishment I’ve ever been to. Floors looked a little grungy and the place could use some dusting. Our server was very nice(Christen), but she wasn’t very personable. We started with the Irish nachos, they were good. They could have used more of the cheese sauce, but maybe they were saving it for a Christmas feast. I ordered the Irish dip and my friend got the fish and chips. The«Irish Dip» was a below average sandwich. I get better sandwiches from Arby’s. The meat was ok, but the bun tasted like a sub sandwich bun you would buy at a liquor store, with a hint of staleness. French dips or «Irish Dips» should be on a French roll or baguette. On some occasions I’ve had the bun toasted so it’s crispy those are really good. But the bun I got on my sandwich was far from good. My buddy said his food was pretty good. But I can only rate the food I tried. The beers were cold and our server was quick to check on us when ever our glasses were empty. But my overall experience at this establishment was below average. If you want to go to a place and have some beers and not worry about too many people. Then you’ll like this place. If you’re looking for a place with good food and a fun atmosphere. You should look elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, although she didn’t ask if we wanted another beer. Husband recommended TK raving about their food. We were let down. Parmesan fries had clumps of parm on them, they were swimming in a pool of oil and not at all crispy. The club sandwich was partially soggy and skimpy compared to what my husband has had at various TKilts in the past; turkey was slimy and not at all thickcut. Not impressed with the bar food.

The Burger was decent our waitress was friendly and attentive. The one thing I noticed was that many of the women working at this place walk around looking at the floor like they are looking for their lost dignity… Especially this Blond«Glamazon» she would not make eye contact with anyone and didn’t seem happy about working at this place. The over-all experience left me over all confused and wondering if or how well this place pays these ladies. I left a good tip because I hoped to brighten someone’s day and hope that they could pay off a student loan and buy their dignity back from the exile of the Tilted Kilt Dungeon

Wanted some food after rippin go karts. The burgers are mediocre, probably not the cooks fault just corporate food, corporate atmosphere. I’m probably the wrong person to judge such a corporate place, you can’t expect much from a place that’s more about the bottom line than the quality of the food. If you want good looking girls and a decent bite to eat bring your buddies, maybe your girlfriend if she’s down and it will be a good time.

The date and I came here Saturday night after we were starving and didn’t feel like waiting in like for an hour and a half for Cheesecake Factory. I guess that’s my punishment for being impatient! I’ve never been to a Tilted Kilt before, so this was my first time here and with the chain itself. I kind of knew what to expect when I walked in. Girls were dressed(barely) in Irish style clothing as were the men as well. The one thing here that pissed me off was my hostess experience when we arrived. Mind you, the place was rather quiet for a Saturday night about 8PM for a bar/pub in this area. There wasn’t a wait, but there was a douchebag customer desperately hitting on and talking off one of the Hostess’s eardrums. Yes, their all young and cute, but that’s what their going for here. It was really annoying because this douchebag was literally leaning over the hostess stand not allowing the poor girl to do her job. I guess when you can’t get a regular girl, you have to work the staff and it was really annoying. It’s not the staff’s fault, but the other gal working the hostess stand was doing her job and the one getting hit on because this dude was trying to get her number or something! Where’s the manager when you need them? Anyways, we were seated at a high top table near the bar. The tables and chairs were super high, and I had to povault into the chair itself. After looking around, I think that’s all the seating they had! I didn’t see any booths. We reviewed the menu and placed our order with our waitress, who was awesome! I can’t remember her name, but I *think* it was something like Kyra. Our server was awesome and we really enjoyed our food. I went with the Irish Dip and it was tasty! It came with fries and we both enjoyed our meal. Prices were fine, and my overall experience here was good. Aside from the poor girl at the hostess stand, I would probably come back here for dinner and drinks in the future.

I would say this is just another«Breastaurant»(as my friend would call it). Unlike some of the previous reviews, there was a beer list on the table, and our server was very friendly and attentive. I did get a taste of my friend’s Shepherd’s Pie. I’m definitely glad I didn’t glad that, it was as bland as the reviews say it was. My husband and I shared the Fish and Chips. I love the garlicky fries and the fish was quite tender and with a golden brown crispy skin. We shared the beer cheese soup as well. It’s very good as a beer cheese soup, but I still don’t see myself ordering it again. I know someone had mentioned the type of music played, it’s definitely not what you’d think as «Irish» music, but Tilted Kilt didn’t really give me the vibe as a place that wants to be completely authentic, so it didn’t really bother me.

The mediocre food and unimaginative house cocktails are not enough to justify the horrifyingly sexist outfits the waitstaff have to wear. I’d love to do a full mic drop after mentioning the objectification of women, but I’d like to take the time to point out the other shortcomings. You’d get a three from me at best, bro-restaurant(No, not«breasturant», that’s dumb and implies that this nonsense is amusing). I love house cocktails. I enjoy innovative cocktails and twists on old classics. Mixing Jack and spiced rum in Coke is not innovation. It’s a frat party. Who cares about flavor?! LET’S GETSHMASHED!!! The fries were room temperature and even the lesser diner gives me bacon less chewy than what arrived on my club. Tori, our server, was great. Quick and attentive. Clearly knew her stuff. I wonder how often she recieves the respect a server should when her work uniform involves two-thirds of her body to be visible. Now, I know the servers apply here knowing what the job entails, as with any other job. But this concept is still gross, shallow and misogynist. Good luck to the pros on staff, I truly wish them all the best.

The worst customer service experience in any bar /restaurant I’ve had in many years. Food OK but could not raise ranking above 1 star.

just lame. Its a sports bar where the waitstaff dresses in catholic school girl uniforms. The food is bland and expensive. I’ve been there twice now and both times the bar was full of creepy old men and single dads who took their sons out for lunch and a pint. Also, an «Irish» themed bar should have some Irish music playing in the back round; they had 90s pop hits playing.

Minimal effort by minimal waitress. Might be nice to look at… but waste of air and space. Wings were good. But shouldn’t need a manager to notice I’m being ignored to get my dim witted waitress to my table. Especially when seated b6 a hostess(to dumb to alert the waitress?) And right next to a waitress to busy flirting with her table(not my eventual waitress). Too few decent girls working here!

I tried this place for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. I came with a friend on a Saturday evening and unlike Buffalo Wild Wings, it wasn’t packed. Even if it had been there was plenty of seating in the nice spacious place. They have heavy hardwood raised tables and stools as well as plenty of regular floor chairs/tables. There are more TV screens than you could ever hope for, all showing sports. The waitresses were all pretty and friendly. They were very attentive about making sure we always had a drink in front of us and gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted to eat. The beer selection is more than enough for all but the biggest beer snobs. It is served VERY cold and the prices aren’t as bad as one might expect at such an establishment. The garlic Parmesan fries are so absurdly delicious that I cannot even put it into words. I had never had fries so good! Their fried cod was also excellent and went perfect with their seasonal summer beer. Overall it was a very good experience and I will certainly be going back!

First I want to say it’s appalling that this place is so degrading to men, seriously they have to wear skirts??? Wth… oh it’s Irish and they are kilts? Aka tilted Kilts… haha I get it. Lol, first of all it’s a bar/pub geared toward men, the girls wear short skirts and show lots of cleavage. If that offends you goto hooters ;-) What does the wall say? Come yes men, have no fear, good food, pretty girls and cold draft beer. There is some other stuff but I got distracted. I think it covers the important parts. Was the food good? Yes, although my bacon was under cooked, I get my order wrong here about 50% of the time. Were the girls pretty? They were ok. Was the draft beer cold? Why yes it was. The service here can be improved as well as the accuracy of the orders. I find myself here more than I would like so it must not be that bad, it’s a tilted kilt and if that is what you are looking for this is the place. Come get a beer and enjoy the view. Btw there are 24 beers on tap so not sure what the complaints are about selection, not the largest selection but not bad either.
