Just happened upon this cute little shop at the mall– my family was with me and had no idea what bubble tea was and the owner very kindly explained the origins of bubble tea to them while he made my drink. I got a mango smoothie with regular boba in it. The smoothie was AMAZING, made with real fruit and no syrups or anything, but to be honest the boba was sub-par compared to other places I’ve been and my family members compared the taste to(ugh) boogers. The drink was also extremely expensive– I got the smallest size and it turned out being 8 dollars!

SOGLAD the bf randomly offered to take me to Cheesecake Factory bc we discovered this little gem while we were waiting! They have boba, froyo(w/3 free toppings), chips, and salads. but this review is strictly for the drinks. Here’s how ordering boba works! 1. You order your preferred drink: fruit tea, milk tea, smoothies. I don’t remember the entire list, but I know those 3 are for sure on it. 2. You add flavors! Up to 2 flavors!(I foresee potentially unhappy customers here bc they’re displeased with the crappy flavors they picked, so I tend to stick to fruity flavors bc I feel like you can’t go wrong when mixing them!) 3. Then you pick a topping — your first one is free, but you can mix and match as you please. I ordered a strawberry peach fruit tea w/mango stars, which cost $ 4 – 5. SOOO yummy. The cost isn’t even that bad considering the owners actually fill this up all the way to the brim of the domed top(not the vacuum-sealed top!). I love that they hand shake my tea to make sure all the flavors are mixed. and I also love that they offer(and don’t charge more) for popping boba! Great service. I came last night, 5 mins before the mall closed, got my drink with a smile, AND had no issues whatsoever with them running out of ingredients. I liked it so much that I ended up coming back today for a post-lunch boba!

I’m only giving three stars mainly because of the price. I don’t consider myself a cheap person but $ 5 for this tea was a bit much! The tea was good, very nice flavor I had the raspberry peach with the bursting bubbles and some of the tapioca ones. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and appeared to be quite knowledgable about what flavors to mix and which to avoid. If you’ve never tried bubble tea it’s interesting but not something I would get regularly.

Been there a few times now and have never gotten anything that wasn’t amazing! The staff is always super friendly and the options are endless. So glad there’s finally a great place for bubble tea in the area. Use to have to drive to Ann Arbor to fill the void!

At first, my boyfriend and I loved going there. The employees are not mean and the bubble tea is good. HOWEVER, we realized that they were always running out of stuff. They ran out of vanilla frozen yogurt and then tapioca bubbles twice in a row. The last time we went there I told my bf as we were standing in line«We need to make sure they have tapioca cuz they’re probably out again.» And right after I said that they said«We’re out of tapioca bubbles.» to the line. So we left and found another place in Novi that serves bubble tea. Update: We started going back because their bubble teas are delicious. We havent had an issue with them running out of stuff… although we’ve been going earlier in the day. I have to admit these are the best tasting milk teas in Novi… and the cups are huge. I had to raise my rating…
